Great location, fantastic staff and clean dorm rooms. No complaints would stay again.
We really enjoyed our stay here. The location is awesome, close to cafes, restaurants and a minimart and a quick walk into town. The room is very spacious and the bathroom is modern and clean. It could get cold at night but the electric blanket sorted that issue once you were in bed. We noticed the hot water ran out if taking a longer shower but would only take another 10 minutes for the water to heat up again so it didn’t bother us. The staff are really friendly.

If you want to meet other travellers, this place is not ideal. I stayed five nights and I haven't seen a single other guest while staying in the dorm.

I like that it is located in the centre of Sapa but in a quiet neighborhood. Accessible to restaurants and many shops around the vicinity. Just 4 minute walk away from Sapa Center. Owner and staff are helpful and accommodating.

I loved my stay here! Also had heater and heating bed what was well needed when I was in Sapa. The Wi-Fi worked ok for Videocalls, sometimes I switched to my phone. Linh was lovely and very helpful! Would stay here again!
Despite the look beautiful bathtub - the hot water isn’t enough to fill it, but it works perfect for a shower!

I like the location also. It's closed enough to the centre to walk there and it's far enough from the centre also to enjoy the peace

Sapa is a toirist place with overpriced hotels, this one is a good value for money.
It is more suitable for people who are used to backpacking, if you know what I mean ;)

Very cozy homestay near Sa Pa village but not in the city center (5 min walk). Bed was comfortable and the room was clean, staff was lovely and the breakfast every morning was good!
Warm water was not always a guarantee so if you have problems with cold showers in the morning you may have to skip showering
