Nothing at all
Even after reaching early, our room was given to someone else and we were forced to move to some other hotel which was in pathetic condition and had to pay same amount for that dirty unhygienic hotel. Hate booking.com for not supporting us no customer support nothing at all. Last time I am using booking.com

The hotel is on the side of the Venice river at Grand World. The view from the room is beautiful. The room is small but clean and functional. The staff was helpful.
They charge extra % for the card payment at the hotel. That seems common across Vietnam though.

Very nice Sea view for fireworks. I Stay Dual key Apartment suitable for Family Stay. Convenience place, Walking distance 5min to cable Car station. The lobby of The Aparment got convenience Store where i can buy some groceries for cook.
Staff were helpful and friendly. The location just nice with a good view . Not so near with the show area so the sound not so loud . Its good if you come with baby/kids .

Hotel is in great area to shopping and restaurants. Staff is very great and respond very fast to any issues. Beds are a little hard. We had a small situation with ants. The staff corrected the issue. We also had an air conditioning leak. They assigned us a new room and were very apologetic for the issue. Room is above a Massage store. So when leaving elevator you come out right into the massage area.... But area was very close to shops and restaurants. Although service was great. Wouldnt go back and stay again.
The location was good and close to the many shows at Vinwonder. The massages were very good from the very kind staff. The beds were comfortable.

Honestly the entire Grand World felt like a cheap knock off of Venice. The room is tiny for 3 people and was not cleaned once during our stay. We only saw the hotel staff to check us in and take the money. They did not help or offer any advice. The hotel has no breakfast and at Grand World, most restaurants and coffee places don't open till 10:30/11 and the rest in the afternoon, good luck if you are an early bird in finding food. There are no grab vespas nearby. You have to take a car which is very expensive and the locals try to take more from tourists. Phu Quoc was the worst place I had visited in Vietnam and the hotel was far below my expectations. Also upon my check-out I asked the staff to leave at 3 PM instead of 12 PM and she said OK sure! I was surprised upon my checkout that she was asking for more money. The whole place felt like a tourist trap. AVOID
The location is convenient to eat out. Its near China town with plenty of restaurants to choose from. Granworld is near there with a walking distance to the Teddy bear museum and there is a mini cart parking there. The hotel has an elevator. I would like to thank Mr. Bang and his wife for helping us with everything. The spa is so good. 🙂🤩🥰
An electronic card should be used instead of a key for more convenient 😕
