Pros:

Surprise! Nous avions un studio spacieux, avec belle vue.
Tout était propre, la piscine sur le toit, dommage nous ne sommes restés qu’une nuit.

Das Personal um Ty, Thao, Nhung und Oanh war sehr freundlich und immer hilfsbereit. Das Hotel und das Zimmer waren sehr angenehm für uns.
Die Lage ist gut, wenn auch nicht zentral. Dafür hat man das Gefühl, wirklich bei den Locals zu sein. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Cons:

Die Sauberkeit war in Ordnung, es hätte aber etwas sauberer sein können.

Pros:

Ich war nur eine Nacht in Da Nang und war gestresst von der Stadt. Ty hat mich sehr herzlich willkommen geheißen mit einem Getränk und sehr netten Worten, den ganzen Aufenthalt über, so dass ich mich sehr wohl gefühlt habe. Das Frühstückbuffet war eines meiner besten. Auf der Dachterrasse mit Pool hat man eine sehr gute Sicht von oben und ist weg vom Trubel. Ich habe das Schwimmen und Entspannen dort genossen. Der Bahnhof ist relativ in der Nähe, zum Strand braucht mein ein Taxi. Ich habe einen guten Essenstipp bekommen. Nur 4 Betten im dorm und das Bad im Zimmer.

Great stay at Da Nang
Pros:

Ty and the rest of the staff were very helpful and were very flexible for our late check in due to a delayed flight. The rooftop is a big plus and the room was big and nicely designed.

Cons:

Breakfast could be a bit more varied.

Pros:

Excellent value for a fully furnished private studio. Powerful shower and clean bathroom. Attentive staff, especially Ty in reception who welcomed us with drinks and well wishes for our time in Da Nang and beyond despite a language barrier.

Rooftop pool and terrace is a bonus and a great place to watch the sunset over the city.

Great room but overall very loud.
Pros:

The room was spacious and clean.

Cons:

The breakfast is served directly in front of the street. This is pretty standard in Vietnam, but therefore it was very loud and we didn't feel comfortable. Also, the breakfast selection wasn't very good and not of high quality. We traveled Vietnam for 3 weeks and we had much better breakfast for the same price per night or even for less.
The room was also very loud since there is a restaurant directly opposite of the Hotel.
We couldn't lock the balcony door.
The personnel seemed to be more disinterested.
Since there are so many other Hotels, we wouldn't come again.
