Just a sleeping place, could not enjoy the night.

The staff is friendly and attentive, but could not understand English

Cons:

The cleanliness of the hotel is poor, upon check in saw previous customer leftover hairband on the floor and got stain in the bathroom floor and basin. During the housekeeping, the bedsheet and pillow sheet did not change, in fact the staff just make up the bed without changing new bedsheet and pillow sheet.

В букинге бронировала с балконом , по факту не дали . Бассейн грязный маленький общий на все отели

Cons:

Персонал не улыбчивый . Уборку не делают по умолчанию. Пока мы сами не попросили. Один мусорный контейнер когда она увидела была в шоке что удивительно .

Pros:

Die Lage ist gut, 100m zum Strand. Die Umgebung sind schön und gepflegt, schöner Strand mit Palmen, nicht überfüllt mit Menschen. Die Zimmer ist etwas klein aber die Möbeln smart eingerichtet, von daher ergibt sich ausreichenden Ablage. Preis Leistung ok.

Cons:

Ich habe die Zimmer mit Balkon im 2 Monaten voraus gebucht, leider als wir angekommen waren, dieser Zimmer Typ war nicht verfügbar, mussten wir eine Zimmer ohne Balkon nehmen für gleichen Preis. Deshalb wir haben auch keine weiteren Dienstleistungen ( Massage, Moped) von dem Hotel benutzen.

Bis jetzt habe ich mir fest gestellt, alle 3 Hotels die ich für Vietnam Reise bei Booking reserviert habe, ( eine in Hochiminh Stadt, zwei in Phu quoc) machen irgendwie Probleme, bei einen ist Preis Erhöhung, der anderer ist der Balkon weg, oder Meerblick durch die Bäume auch weg.

Ich werde in Zukunft nicht mehr vorraus reserviert, sondern eher Vorort die Zimmer anschauen, Preise verhandeln, dann Entscheidung treffen.

Pros:

Расположение отеля близко к морю , ночному рынку и двум основным кафешкам. На этом все плюсы закончились.

Cons:

Порванные полотенца, отсутствие уборки в номере, муравьи. Персонал часто отсутствовал на ресепш. Вместо забронированного номера с балконом дали номер на 5 (верхнем) этаже с общим балконом, приходилось сушить купальные принадлежности там. Запрашивали ранний заезд в 11, получили подтверждение на запрос, но при заселении в это время, сказали что нужно подождать до 14 часов. В номере не было мыла и не смогли его донести, т.к. для этого нужен был ключ от номера. Открытие двери только с ключа, не с карточки, хотя замки предполагают открытие с карточки. Зато из-за того что свет не отключается в номере на время отсутствия, можно гонять кондиционер круглосуточно. И по поводу кондиционера, необходимо обслуживание, морозит очень слабо.
