Pros:

Very nice boutique hotel. The staff were very friendly and hospitable (especially thanh Vu and Bek). The room was spacious and modern looking. It’s great for a 4-star hotel. The location is also good!

Boutique hotel in the heart of Hanoi Old town
Pros:

The hotel is very centrally located in the old town. There are many shops and restaurants in the area.
The staff is very friendly and helpful.
The room is modern, new and very clean. I liked the style of the decor.
We had a view to the old town.
The breakfast is a'lacard with good variety of options and unlimited quantity. A really good solution to avoid food waste and ensure everything is freshly cooked.

Cons:

I am sorry we couldn't stay longer because the hotel was fully booked. My only suggestion is to have a shower gel with better scent, but this is my personal taste and is not a deal breaker.
