The location was great.
It was clean but not 100%….there were little cracks and corners where I saw dust ect that were not visible to the cleaner but someone staying in the room would notice.
I’m kind of a clean freak so the average person would give cleanliness 10/10. I give it 8.5 which is still good.
The service was very satisfying. We were truly well taken care of — from the food, hotel needs, sightseeing, to the pick‑up arrangements. Everything was extremely accommodating, and I would definitely stay there again when I visit to Hanoi.

The location is perfectly positioned in the Old Quarter. Staff (Enzo & Linda) were helpful and lovely and the room surpassed our expectation. Breakfast was better than expected too.

Tolles Hotel mit tollem Empfang und schönen ruhigen Zimmern. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Wir würden das Hotel auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen. Die Lage ist top! Besonders Linda war sehr nett und hat uns einen wunderbaren Empfang gemacht mit vielen Tipps zu Ausflügen und Sehenswürdigkeiten in der Gegend. Vielen Dank 😊
The location of the hotel is right middle of all the attractions of hanoi old quarter. Pretty much walkable to every sites.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The location is excellent, with many attractions, restaurants, and cafés within walking distance. The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained.

The food was delicious, the check-in process was smooth, and the staff were professional and welcoming. Everything exceeded our expectations.
