Pros:

Le petit déjeuner et la chambre étaient super! L’emplacement est très bien également :)

Cons:

On a eu un petit soucis de fourmis mais le personnel normalement la réceptionniste Alice nous ont beaucoup aidé !

Wonderful staff
Pros:

The staff were wonderful, Linda at reception and the door guy and the waitresses at the restaurant every single person was lovely.
We had rose petals on the bed when we arrived
Which was lovely as it was the start of our honeymoon in Vietnam.
We did laundry one day before leaving and the hotel gave it us for free. Overall would recommend and stay again for sure!! Also great location for old town, the water puppet theatre and the night market we could walk everywhere

Great place on a good price that is central to all your needs

The location was central to everything you need. Room was big and comfortable

Very narrow buildings in Old Quarter, Noise from above (stayed on 7th floor). Fridge and Safe didn't work

Happy in Hanoi!
Pros:

It’s in a perfect location to visit the main sites and feel part of the Old Quarter. Also, the rooftops has potentially the best view given the proximity to the lake and no other competing balconies.

Luxury value for money
Pros:

Small but extremely luxurious. I think it’s the biggest room I stayed in Hanoi during my trip. Altought there is no pool etc it’s great if you’re looking for a short break in Hanoi and a luxury stay that won’t break the bank. Staff and Linda were great during our stay.

Phòng đẹp như hình,rất sạch ,view tuyệt đẹp, quán bar trên tầng thượng nhất định phải lên nhé mọi người. Các bạn nhân viên đều nhiệt tình, trong đó có bạn Chi và nhân viên nhà hàng phục vụ rất chu đáo! Sẽ quay lại !

Ungereinigtes Zimmer mit zurückgelassenen Utensilien der vorherigen Gäste! Widerlich!

Ein geräumiges Zimmer, jedoch ist das Hotel sehr klein, Minirezeption, kleiner schlecht riechender Empfang…Nichts ist wie auf den Fotos. Eher ein schmuddeliges Boutique Hotel!

Cons:

Dreckig und stinkend! Es war nicht sauber, überall Staub, die Schränke waren überhaupt nicht ausgeputzt! Wir konnten unsere Kleidung nur im Koffer lassen. In einer Nachtkonsole lag eine offene Flasche Gleitmittel von den Gästen zuvor. Wirklich ekelerregend! Ein schmutziges T-Shirt lag in einer Schublade im Badezimmer. Offensichtlich wurde nicht gereinigt. Da wir nur zwei Nächte hier übernachtet haben, sah das Hotel wohl keinen Grund uns für die Unannehmlichkeiten entgegen zu kommen. Trotz unserer Beschwerde hat man sich vor Ort nicht einmal entschuldigt. Sie sprachen davon, dass die Reinigungskräfte wohl nicht aufmerksam waren. Nicht einmal der Manager hat sich trotz unserer mehrfachen schriftlichen Beschwerde bei uns zurückgemeldet oder gar entschuldigt. Wir können dieses schmuddelige Hotel auf keinen Fall empfehlen!! Keine Weiterempfehlung!!
