La Passion is easily one of the best hotels we’ve stayed in during our travels. The design and atmosphere throughout the hotel—from the reception area to the rooms, the charming dining room, and all the way up to the rooftop bar—are truly exceptional. Everything is impeccably clean and beautifully presented.

The location is perfect. The moment you step out onto the street you’re instantly immersed in the energy of Hanoi, yet our room was amazingly quiet. The bed was incredibly comfortable and we both slept like babies.

The rooftop bar is an absolute must while you’re there. The views are fantastic and the drinks are very reasonably priced.

Breakfast was incredible—they really do like to feed you! There’s a huge range of options to choose from and plenty of it.

Saving the best for last: the staff. Everyone was so friendly, welcoming, and helpful. Anh in particular made our stay special, sharing her personal recommendations for places to visit and eat.

The only downside to our stay was that it lasted just one night! Next time we’re in Hanoi, La Passion will definitely be our first choice.

Excellent location, a small hotel close to the lake, and a most memorable stay. The staff at La Passion Cau Go were so knowledgeable and helpful. The breakfast selection was excellent We were constantly greeted with smiles and our stay could not have been better. I would recommend a cocktail in the sky bar.

The nicest hotel in Hanoi and the staff were the kindest we experienced in Vietnam. The rooms are beautiful and calming, the hotel is stunning.

More importantly, the staff. The two receptionists and the porters went above and beyond. We stayed at the hotel before the ha long bay cruise and needed a place to store our bags on return to Hanoi. They kindly allowed us to leave our bags and even allowed us to use an empty room to shower before our train to Sapa which was very kind. As we left, we were offered some take away food for our train to Sapa which we were grateful for but said was not necessary, they had already done so much for us, we had walked 5 mins or so up the street when the kind receptionist had run after us to give us a little goodie bag of food for our overnight train. Thank you again to the kind staff

My husband and I started our honeymoon here and the staff went above and beyond to make our stay amazing. Check in was seamless and relaxing as they offered us tea and a snack, bringing the paperwork to us in their lobby while they transported our bags to our room. They decorated the room for us and even brought us a cake to celebrate our honeymoon. We truly felt that we were treated like family. The bed and pillows were very comfortable, and the room was very clean and smelled fresh. Breakfast was awesome - so many options and very tasty. The location was perfect for exploring the old quarter and the French quarter.

Great location right next to Hoan Kiem lake, local shops and eateries, water puppet auditorium nearby as well, we were in 8th floor with lake view, shower was great and bathtub too, room decor with rose petals made our anniversary holidays, Breakfast/food was OK
