An Exceptional Stay
Pros:

Had a really wonderful stay at La Passion Premium Cau Go. The location is great, the room was comfortable, and the rooftop bar is was just awesome. The moment we checked in, we were warmly welcomed by the receptionist by the same Anh Thur.
Special thanks to Anh Thur (Silvia) for her exceptional service and warm hospitality. She was very helpful and even took time to explain the local food, places to visit, and attractions around Hanoi. Really appreciate her kindness and personal touch.
We truly enjoyed our stay and will definitely come back again in September!

Pros:

L'hotel si presenta molto carino e pulito, la nostra camera era spaziosa, pulita e il letto molto comodo. Al nostro arrivo abbiamo trovato un dolce benvenuto con petali di rosa ovunque. Ci hanno portato una torta dedicata, come se fossero a conoscenza del nostro anniversario di matrimonio 🥺🤍Lo staff è stato gentilissimo e davvero accogliente! Posizione perfetta nel vecchio quartiere.

There staff was excellent. Amy at reception was the most helpful person I ever dealt with. She's a star and makes your hotel what it is with her friendliness kindness and helpfulness. She's the reason why we will come back to your hotel in future.

We had an absolutely amazing experience at this hotel. Everything was wonderful — the room, the atmosphere, the service, and the attention to every little detail.

What made our stay truly special was that it was my partner’s birthday, and the staff went above and beyond to make it memorable. They surprised us with beautiful flowers and balloons, which was such a thoughtful and touching gesture. We felt genuinely welcomed and cared for throughout our stay.

Sehr freundliches, herzliches und zuvorkommendes Personal! Frühstücksauswahl a la carte, frisch zubereitet und lecker! Perfekte Lage, direkt in der Altstadt, weniger als 5 Gehminuten vom Hoan Kiem See und inmitten des Hanoier Lebens! Sehr moderne Ausstattung, gleichzeitig gemütlich eingerichtet. Absolut empfehlenswert!

Perfect location and stay
Pros:

We had a wonderful 2-night stay at this hotel. We stayed in the Lake View Suite on the 8th (top) floor and the view over Hoan Kiem Lake was absolutely amazing. During the weekend, the streets around the lake are closed to traffic, which makes the view even more special. There were live music performances, people dancing, and lots of fun activities around the lake, creating a fantastic atmosphere.

The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The staff were exceptionally friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help with anything we needed.

Breakfast was very good with a nice à la carte selection. Overall, this is a wonderful hotel in a prime location, and we would happily stay here again.
