I stayed in a really nice, large room with cooking facilities and a lovely bathroom. The staff were very friendly and helpful, and the location was quiet.
Bonus: if you are staying during the rainy season, as I did, the location is on high ground and won't get flooded!
The location is slightly out of the way, but there are push bikes available for free, and you can always hire a scooter.
Staff was very welcoming and very nice. The room was great, nice balcony, nice bath on the balcony, plenty of space, the shower has good pressure.
We had a room on the upper floor and in the night you can hear water pump on the room switching on and off every couple of seconds. If you are a light sleeper, this could be a problem.

We stayed in the family room with two double beds and a balcony, and it was very comfortable for our group. The room was spacious and bright, and the balcony was a nice place to relax. Charm Champion Villa is located in a quiet area with a lovely small garden, which made our stay feel peaceful. It’s about 2 km from both the beach and the Old Town, so getting around was very convenient. The staff were friendly and always willing to help.

The place is very old and needs a lot of maintenance. Also can be a bit noisy from the roosters outside
Nice, spacious room, very light with big windows, comfortable bed. Good space in the room for working also. I liked the location, not so far from old town, but very close to rice fields. There were bicycles available. Airport transfer was affordable and very convenient. Friendly staff :-)
It was quite loud outside sometimes, especially at the weekend - probably from some karaoke bar nearby, and everything could be heard in the room.
Common kitchen advertised could’ve been used but after paying additional fee, which was not mentioned in the offer.

We loved our room, the bed was comfortable, air-conditioning was good. Plenty of storage and good views
The toilet was difficult to access as the towel rail opposite the toilet which prevented the door opening fully.
The stairs are 4 flights which is difficult in the heat.
We stayed for 2.5 weeks and loved this place as a base to work from and motorbike to nearby cafes and gyms etc. The location is on a quieter road so is great to feel a little away from the hustle and bustle and is near the rice paddies. Lovely staff and a very safe feeling place!
The quiet surroundings and comfy room made it easy to unwind. I loved reading by the pool and enjoying the peace. Staff were always around and very friendly. I felt like a valued guest here. I’d return in a heartbeat.
