Pagas poco por mucho si no buscas lujos

La razón por la que he valorado alto este hostal es principalmente porque el staff fue increíblemente amable y atento todo el rato, cosa que valoro muchísimo y considero factor muy importante para la atención al cliente en hostelería.
La ubicación es ideal, puedes ir andando a todos lados y además si coges el bus nocturno a Sapa como fue mi caso la parada de recogida y llegada de vuelta queda a cinco minutos andando de este hostal.
Tiene la recepción abierta 24 horas, te permiten dejar el equipaje (sin costo adicional) en caso de que hagas excursiones de varios días y tengas Hanoi como base central.
Reservé con ellos mi tour de 3D2N a Ha Gian loop y me consiguieron buen precio y condiciones. Cualquier duda que tengas preguntales porque te ayudarán con todo y más.
Tienes taquillero/armario propio en la habitación y ellos te proporcionan candado.
Hay secador de pelo en los baños y también jabón de cuerpo y champú.
El desayuno era completísimo, fruta , verduras frescas para ensalada y comida caliente variada como arroz o noodles con verduras.
Para mí la habitación estuvo bien porque solo la usé para dormir.
Para quien lea esta reseña y la tome como referencia: Recuerda que estás en Vietnam y los recursos no son iguales que en nuestros países de origen, no seas tiquismiquis y valora que lo que estás pagando sería imposible en occidente. Se agradecido y amable y no intentes aprovecharte de países no tan desarrollados económicamente.

No había toallas . Yo llevaba la mía personal y no pregunté en recepción, pero quizás tengan bajo depósito (no sé si es refundable)

it was in such a lovely location, making very key sights so accessible. the rooftop was perfect to lounge, scrapbook or eat meals. the staff offered us coffee. on that note all the staff were so welcoming and helpful throughout the entire stay. 10/10 recommend, wish i stayed longer!

L’emplacement est top!!! Vraiment en plein dans le centre!

Arrivé sur place ils vont vous demandez d’annuler la réservation sur booking et de payer sur place avec -5% mais vous êtes pas obligé d’accepter ils sont trop bizarre, lit est dur comme du béton 🤣, le petit déjeuné est vraiment pas bon, les salles de bains sont un peu sales, pas de laundry car « trop de linge à laver en ce moment » enfin franchement pas top du tout je pense que vous pouvez largement trouver mieux
