Pros:

Es war ruhiger als in den meisten anderen Hostels in denen ich bis jetzt war.
Es war in einer kleinen Seitenstraße so das man den Straßenlärm nicht so gehört hat aber trotzdem sehr zentral war.

Le petit balcon accès direct par la chambre. Joli rooftop avec petit déjeuner super. L’emplacement idéal! Personnel à votre service, parle bien anglais et adorable

Pros:

La ubicación del lugar sentí que era perfecta, pasé poco tiempo en la ciudad y me permitía ir andando a muchísimos sitios, incluso pude salir a correr por el lago.

Cons:

Sentí que el recibimiento fue bastante frío, si lo comparo con otros lugares del país.

Weird, wouldn’t recommend for more than one night.
Pros:

Has an elevator, large locker with lock, good pressure/hot water, and helped arrange taxi to airport.

Cons:

Most uncomfortable bed I have ever slept on in my life, weren’t given any details about breakfast at check-in, 20k dong for a towel, clothes washing wasn’t folded, didn’t feel clean, curtain to balcony was missing, people disrupting sleep every night, and urinal out in the open in mix bathrooms.

One night stay in dorm.
Pros:

Location was great, staff were fine, bed space was good. Large lockers in room. Handy for Cat Ba bus departure and although it's right in the centre, its down a small alley off of the main street so it's quiet. The communual areas are small. The price was probably fair for Hanoi but seemed pricey in comparison to other hostels in Vietnam. (As does the food and beer 🙂). No worries, Would stay again.

Cons:

Couldn't get WiFi in the dorm. Was OK in communal areas and reception.

Great hostel
Pros:

Location was really good and the staff were super helpful! The breakfast which was included was also really nice! I really enjoyed my stay! The beds had loads of storage and the showers were clean and hot

Cons:

I saw a lot of people complain about the beds but they were completely fine! Nothing to complain about!

Good for short stay
Pros:

Good location, helpful staff, big breakfast with a view. Beds a comfortable and the room was large with big locker. Overall smart design of the space and room. Shared mixed bathroom on the floor with 2 dorms.

Cons:

Common area is small and has no window. My room had a window facing a wall so almost no nagural light, very dark room. Bathroom are great but stalls are small and there's no space around the sink to hang the towel or put your toiletry bag down.
Also, it's mixed bathroom so you can enjoy a man using the urinal while you brush your teeth 1m nearby, a bit disgusting.
