A fuir ABSOLUMENT !!! si vous voulez de véritable avis allez voir les plus mauvaises notes et non celle mises par des faux comptes. Je n’ai jamais vu un hôtel aussi déplorable, avec un personnel autant de mauvaise foi. Arrivé à 23h et nous dit n’avoir plus que une chambre disponible sur 2 réservé. On lui demande alors d’annuler la réservation d’une chambre, il refuse, après discussion de 1h nous trouve une autre chambre à 50m de la. On rentre dans la chambre et la nouveau choc. Une chambre ou le dernier ménage a été fait au moment de l’ouverture je pense. Chewing-gum, crottes de nez au mur, plus de poussière que sur un chantier, sang sur les draps. Sans parler d’une clim qui date des années 1800 et ne pas avoir d’eau chaude. On le rappel il vient voir et nous dit que si on veut pas rester on peut partir mais impossible de trouver un autre logement à 1h du matin…

Mr. Toan y su familia son excelentes. Me recibió excelente, me dió agua y fruta para toda la estadía, y compartimos algunos té. Muy buena ubicación. Cama con manta térmica y ducha con agua super caliente.

Great location, heaters and electric bed warmers are amazing for the. Old nights. Staff were so friendly and helpful with a laundry service and giving us bottles of water everyday!
A little bit run down and the shower wasn’t very powerful.
The value for money for this hotel is excellent. Having arrived so early after an overnight travel, they were very accommodating in allowing us to check in early in the morning, as well as holding bags for us whilst we went trekking. For what you pay the rooms are warm, and it’s a very convenient location. They even brought us tea and bananas in the morning!
The hot water did not last as long as we’d like.
I stayed here on New Year’s Eve and had such a memorable experience. The owners were incredibly generous and welcoming, they offered me and my friend plenty of drinks, water, and rice crackers, and we ended up singing, dancing, and staying up late together to celebrate. It truly felt like being welcomed into a home rather than just staying at a hotel.
The location is perfect, just a 3 minute walk to the city center, which made everything really convenient. The room was clean, and comfortable.
Highly recommended if you’re looking for a friendly atmosphere and genuine hospitality.

The staff are very welcoming and kind. We were allowed to check in early and their rooms are quite big than the standard size. We can move freely inside the room with our luggages. Toilet and bath is ok. Location is very near the Sapa Church and key attractions.
Sometimes the hot water in the bath does not heat up right away. You need to tell them in advance especially if you are in the 5th floor.
Everything is convenient, walkableand owner is very nice, helpful and accomodating.

I was definitely the victim of the fake room pictures and 8.7 rating (due to the dishonest good reviews) displayed on Booking.com. They can be quite misleading. Our experience was SO disappointing. The room was not clean, the bathroom had an unpleasant odor, and the furniture looked quite old and dusty. Within an hour of checking in, a bug was crawling in the linen (see attached pictures), which was disgusting! At that point, we just couldn’t stand to stay in that room anymore!! For those looking for honest reviews, it might be better to check Google rather than rely solely on Booking. I strongly recommend that Booking consider removing this hotel from its listings unless substantial improvements are verified, to help future travelers.
Staff’s are very nice accomodating, friendly, kind when we arrived early in the morning. The place is cheap, walkable, safe, convenient and easy to go on shopping.

The room was perfect.
The bed and pillows were exceptionally comfortable and by for the most comfortable lut of the dozens of hotels we gave stayed in. Better than 4 star hotels, who like the rest have beds with mattresses that are no more comfortable than sleeping on wood with a sheet on top. The pillows puffed up solid

Non era prevista la colazione ma lo staff ha sempre abbondano nel farci trovare acqua e frutta in camera senza che la chiedessero.
Rapporto qualità prezzo eccellente *abbiamo speso pochissimo).
La pulizia degli ambienti era tutt'altro che accurata.
