Very modern apartment, had a great location. Phuong helped me lots when I lost my mobile phone.

I liked the convenient location of MK apartments. The lovely receptionist Phuong was very helpful and efficient. The room was very clean and cozy.

Great stay! Everything was exactly as described, and the space actually felt bigger than the photos show. The beds were incredibly soft and comfortable, probably some of the best sleep I’ve had while traveling. What really made the stay special though was the service. Phuong went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect and that I had a great experience. She was kind, responsive, and very helpful the entire time. You can really tell she cares about the guests. I truly appreciate her hospitality and would absolutely stay here again. Highly recommend!

We really enjoyed our stay at these apartments. The location is great, and the room had all the necessary amenities — everything was comfortable and well-thought-out.
The staff was very polite and helpful. Special thanks to Khanh, Phuong, and Sang, who were always in touch and genuinely tried to help us with any questions we had.

The hotel was truly excellent with high-quality service and clean, well-equipped rooms. The staff were friendly and welcoming, making me feel right at home. The view was perfect for relaxing and. Prices were very reasonable for the value offered — I would definitely come back!

Such a stylish apartment, very clean and the kitchen is very well equipped, microwave would be handy though, but quite manageable even without it for a short stay.
We had a beautiful Han River view and many groceries and supermarkets are available near by along with the restaurants.

I stayed at this hotel recently and had a very unsettling experience. Throughout my stay, I repeatedly heard loud pounding noises from the room above me. What made it especially disturbing was that the pounding seemed to happen directly above me no matter where I moved in my room. I even tested it multiple times, and the sounds kept following my movements. It made me feel as though someone was intentionally reacting to where I was in the room.

The young women at the reception were polite, professional, and handled my concerns respectfully. I am certain they are not responsible for what I experienced.

However, the behavior coming from above made me extremely uncomfortable, and it raised serious concerns for me about guest privacy and what might be happening behind the scenes. I want to be very clear: I am not claiming to know what the cause was, but the situation made me feel unsafe and watched.

For the record, it is illegal to record guests without their consent, especially in the privacy of their hotel rooms. If any hotel management or ownership were ever involved in something like that, it would be a serious violation of the law and of basic human decency.

Regardless of what was actually happening, no guest should ever feel targeted, monitored, or intimidated inside their own room. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this hotel, and I would not stay here again.

Excellent option. Great view of the Han River, the illuminated bridge, and the mountains. Clean and comfortable. Phuong, the manager, was very friendly and responsive, and she immediately resolved any questions via chat.

I truly enjoyed my stay at MK Apartments. I originally stayed in the one bedroom apartment and then extended my stay in a studio apartment. The room was clean, modern, had daily house keeping, fast Wi-Fi and included a washing machine. Overall, the best part was the professional service provided by Phuong, Yen, Hang, Sang. Phoung at the front desk was always friendly and answered any concerns I had. I highly recommend a stay here! I
