Great hotel in the heart of the Old Quarter. Even better, the service is beyond 5 stars.
Nous avons séjourné ici pour notre dernière nuit avant le départ du Vietnam, la chambre était très confortable et propre.
Le petit déjeuner était très bien fourni avec de multiples choix salées comme sucrée (mon préféré du séjour de 2 semaines dans le pays).
L’atout principal de cette établissement est sans équivoque le service exceptionnel de la part de tout le personnel auquel vous aurez droit dès votre Check in jusqu’a votre départ. Toujours la pour rendre service et essayer de vous faciliter votre séjour.
Je ne peux que conseiller cette établissement.
We like the ambiance of the property and the hospitality of the staffs
Le personnel était très accueillant et veillait à notre confort. Des collations étaient offertes pendant le traitement de notre réservation.
Par ailleurs, la chambre était spacieuse et propre. Des bouteilles d’eau étaient fournies tous les jours avec le nettoyage de la chambre.
Close to the old quarter, walkable from everywhere. Staffs were really friendly and helpful.
Understand that the hotel is new, but seems like there are notable signs of wear and tear, and clearly the workmanship of the interior wasn’t too great.

We really enjoyed our stay. The property was exceptionally clean and very well maintained throughout. The location was excellent, with easy access to restaurants, attractions, and everything we needed during our visit. The staff were extremely helpful, friendly, and professional, always willing to assist and ensure we had a pleasant experience. The combination of cleanliness, comfort, convenience, and outstanding service made it a great place to stay, and we would happily recommend it to other travelers.

Very clean, really nice perssonel , pretty rooms , welcome lemonade and watermelon, and I even received a small gift at the end.

Absolute Empfehlung!
The hotel is close by to a lot of the sight seeing and shops. Also it’s on a quiet street so even though our room faces the street, we weren’t bothered. Also the staff are extremely friendly and are always willing to help.
The breakfast options are limited
Everything! They were so nice, the bed was so comfortable. Location perfect.
The breakfast was very good - small but it changed a bit daily. It was very clean as well. They had a collection of different types of food, including made of order Pho. The staff and service was exceptional. We arrived and they gave us welcome drinks and fruit, brought our bags to the room and shared with us what is relevant around the area and different sights/types of food to try.
It was a bit noisy, but we were still able to sleep. If you have a window and it's facing the street, it is bound to have some sound.
Amazing location, very central and close to everything in the Old Quarter. The staff were exceptional, very polite and did everything they could to make our stay comfortable.
The room was a little small, but we didn’t mind too much as we spent most of our time exploring the area.
The staff were very friendly and helpful. They took care of our luggage the moment we entered the lobby. They offered us drinks and fruit while we were waiting to check in. They even packed some snacks for us because we had a late flight and couldn’t eat breakfast the next morning.
The room was clean and spacious.
What I do not like so much, is always the request for a review. Sadly, this seems to be normal in Vietnam.
