Pros:

Il nostro è stato un soggiorno solo di una notte prima della partenza,sono stata accolta con grande professionalità. La struttura è in pieno centro e da lì puoi muoverti a piedi ovunque. Al check out ci hanno tenuto le valigie e stampato anche le carte d'imbarco. La camera era piccola e senza finestra ma noi lo sapevamo e comunque è stata molto accogliente e il prezzo ottimo considerando compreso di colazione a buffet.

Ho adorato tutto di questa struttura la posizione la colazione magari non tutto era da 10 ( ma comunque da non meno di 8) sappiamo benissimo l'eccellenza è difficile da raggiungere ma lo staff ha fatto si che tutto fosse eccellente stupendi, cordiali, disponibili e gentili ... la gentilezza ormai cosi rara anche a pagamento !!! Siamo arrivati alle 10 di mattina e ci 'è stata offerta la colazione che quel giorno non era inclusa a noi in Italia era ora di pranzo cosi ci siamo trovati benissimo perche' ho assaggiato i miei primi pho vietnamiti buonissimi!!! Ho adorato la disponibilita' del ragazzo che era insieme allo staff alla reception che mi ha aiutato a risolvere un problema grande che non gli competeva ma riguardava il resto della mia vacanza .. non ricordo il suo nome Paul ??? non so non ricordo ma ancora grazie

The location is perfect. Right in the buzzing Old Quarter, with its chaotic charm and very near all the cities attractions. The reception staff is wonderful, very attentive and professional. They went above and beyond to make our stay in Hanoi perfect, organising transport, tours or restaurant boookings. Breakfast room staff is very kind and so happy to please. Rooms are spacious and shower is strong. Bed very comfy.

Cons:

Rooms overlooking the street are a little noisy, especially from 6am onwards, but we were so tired at night, it didn't bother us and we were up early morning anyway.

Prima uitvalsbasis om het centrum van Hanoi te verkennen.
Pros:

Ruime goed ingerichte kamer, zeer verzorgd ontbijt, zeer vriendelijk personeel.
De ligging is zeer interessant want in de oude historische buurt. De keerzijde is het lawaai maar in Hanoi lijkt me dat moeilijk te vermijden.
Bij het uit-checken vergat ik mijn Dyson-haardroger in de kamer en die lag mooi op me te wachten samen met een ander item dat ik aan de balie voor bewaring had afgegeven.

Cons:

Het kleine lavabomeubel in een driepersoonskamer (er is plaats voor iets groters).
