Excellent stay at Salute Premium Hotel & Spa! The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the service was outstanding. A special thank you to Chester in the restaurant for his friendly and attentive service, and to the front desk team for always being welcoming and helpful. Highly recommend and would happily stay here again!

Very pleasant stay at Salute Premium Hotel. The room was comfortable, the location was great, and the staff were always helpful. A special thank you to the receptionist, who was incredibly kind, welcoming, and always ready to help with a smile. She made our stay even more enjoyable.

We really enjoyed our stay here and the hotel is central to everything which is perfect as nothing is more than 10 mins away! All staff we interacted with were super hospitable, helpful and friendly. Especially Lewis at reception and Chester up at the restaurant - fantastic adds to the team at Salute! He was also able to recommend a lot of the eateries and spa places nearby - we enjoyed them all. Highly recommend this place. In our room, it was complete silence and we though our windows were facing the street - we never heard anything, which was great! If we are in Hanoi again, we will definitely be staying at Salute.

Excellant hotel in Hanoi Old quarter.There are all the facilites except swiming pool.Breakfast also so good with taste and varities .All the Staff well supportive.I stayed here in my 04th occation .Thanks for all staff members.

My family and I had a lovely few days in Hanoi staying at Salute Premium. The service from the moment our taxi arrived at the hotel was great. The reception staff welcomed us in from outside, took our cases, got us a welcome drink and fruit whilst they checked us in. They then explained what we can do and see in the short amount of time we had in Hanoi.

We stayed in a family room, which easily fits 4 adults. The bed was really comfortable and we all slept well. Everything that you may need was provided, from toothbrush to flips flops and a dressing gown for each person.

The breakfast was lovely. You can choose from a buffet as well as request hot food like an omelette. A special thank you to Chester and the restaurant team who noticed that we were rushing our breakfast each morning and not eating much and asked us if we were ok and needed different food. We explained that we had early pick ups for excursions so Chester kindly offered to pack us a take away breakfast. So thoughtful.

The hotel was walking distance to the night market, train street, river and shops.

Overall a lovely stay and would definitely stay again if I were to return to Hanoi.

The staff were outstanding. So attentive, welcoming and helpful. They are a credit to the hotel, in fact make the hotel what it is.

Hôtel est parfaitement situé au cœur du vieux quartier. Il y a des restaurants, salon de massage et nombreux lieux d’attraction à proximité.

J’ai passé un très beau séjour au Salute Premium, ce n’était pas prévu initialement mais à la fin de mon séjour au Vietnam j’ai réservé à nouveaux quelques nuit d’hôtel au Salute parce que je m’y suis sentie bien.

L’atout de cet hôtel c’est son personnel accueillant, de bons conseils et très professionnel. Ils font toujours leur maximum pour satisfaire au mieux les demandes clients.

Le seule point d’amélioration que je note c’est le petit déjeuner qui pourrait être un peu plus varié.

Merci à toute l’équipe, je recommande vivement cet hôtel.
