Un hôtel de qualité en plein centre de Hanoi
Pros:

La gentillesse du personnel qui a toujours été très attentionné à notre égard et qui a pu organiser notre transfert vers notre Lodge dans la région de Sapa en véhicule privé.
Les chambres sont spacieuses et la literie est excellente. Les équipements sanitaires sont très bien et le petit déjeuner est varié avec un système de buffet et des plats que l’on peut commander comme des œufs brouillés, des nouilles sautées à la viande ou un Pho.

Cons:

Le petit réfrigérateur de la chambre ne fonctionnait pas bien et ne refroidissait pas suffisamment les bouteilles d’eau. Ce point est très important car il fait très chaud à Hanoi et boire de l’eau à température ambiante n’est pas désaltérant. Ce point a été signalé à la réception de l’hôtel.

Convenient location, helpful, friendly staff and very relaxing stay.
Pros:

The staff were welcoming, very helpful with local information, organizing tours, etc.
The room was comfortable.
On our return stay during our time in Vietnam, they offered us an upgrade to a lovely room.
The street and the area is noisy and full of traffic but once inside the hotel and in the room, we had peace and quiet. We could really relax.

The breakfast was varied, vegetarian friendly and good quality.

Cons:

In our first room the bathroom seemed old and not functioning perfectly. Also no ventilation.
