Exceptionnel ! Un rapport qualité prix qui dépasse nos attentes ! Le luxe à la française pour le prix vietnamien ! Tout était parfait, l’hôtel est au centre du vieux quartier de Hanoi et malgré les rues bruyantes, le calme dans les chambres est apprécié ! Le petit déjeuner est varié et excellent. Tout est super !! Merci

Wonderful location in old part of Hanoi. Very comfortable spacious room. Excellent comfortable bed. Great breakfast upstairs with excellent variety. Most importantly are the hotel staff. They are amazing lovely people who are always happy to help. It was actually a joy to stay here. We stayed here in two stints...the second was like coming home with everyone so welcoming. I can't imagine a nicer place to stay in Hanoi.

Optei por um quarto superior face ao casal que viajou connosco, pagamos quase o dobro e não vale de todo a pena , não sendo maior e tendo um pouco mais de ruído do que o quarto sem vista para a rua.

So glad we stayed here again at the end of our trip! Such a great location in the Old Quarter, central, but not a busy street (thankfully none of the promotional speakers on this road!). The staff were super friendly and helpful - every single person. Lovely smoothie lady outside the front door and plenty of shops, spas, and eateries that are super close. If we are back in Hanoi, we would certainly stay here again, worth every penny!
Great location & customer service. The rooms are extremely clean and well maintained. Grace, at the front desk, is extremely warm, welcoming, and helpful. The breakfast is great too. Overall, we would highly recommend this hotel - we had a great stay and would visit again.

Great experience: although we arrived very early in the morning, the staff helped us and let us use the bathroom and the changing room in the SPA, we could leave the baggages in hotel until the check-in time.

The hotel is a must stay if you are visiting Hanoi. All of the staff are friendly, kind and considerate supporting us with any worries or things that we needed help with. We both had massages at the spa too and my wife can only describe it as the best massage that she has ever had! Perfect location for visiting the sights and the old town.
