Room and food are ok in Sharaton Sapa hotel. However, it is not recommended to use tour package here. I had a 3-day tour package with them. First afternoon wait for 2 hours for pickup from bus stop to hotel to Catcat (walk by yourself will be quick) and miss out musical show at Catcat as guide didn't mention about it. Our guide Van who knows nearly nothing about the village and the culture. Ta Van is only 10km away from Sapa town and route is clear. The second day arrived Ta van at 13:30 and stay at homestay or the night. The third day we walked on the main road without visiting any villages due to little rain. Really disappointing tour with useless guide although the scene of rice terrace is nice. I will walk the villages by myself next time.
This place was the perfect stop for my Sapa trip! The staff were super friendly and spoke great English, which made everything so easy. Breakfast was tasty, and the overall vibe was really welcoming. But the highlight? My guide, Phính! They made the trekking experience absolutely unforgettable—so knowledgeable, fun, and full of great stories. If you’re coming to Sapa, I highly recommend staying here and booking a trek with Phính. Can’t wait to come back! 😊
It was an amazing experience! I really thank you to my lovely guide Thao thi so that make my day really incredibile. I enjoyed my day with her walking around Sa Pà mountain. I raccomended this tour and my guide.
Hope to see you again in Sa Pa! I went in winter time, is a good season.
The tour was quite enjoyable. We walked through the rice fields in surroundings villages of Sapa and through some bamboo forests.
Our guide Zu some good english and told us about some of the different tribes around.
I stayed at Mountain Light homestay and the beds were comfortable and the food was very nice.
Although I recommend to do the tour during warmer season as the views are quite foggy this time of year. Also beware of the locals that walk with you, they are very friendly but end up trying to sell you things quite often.
Thank you to Zu for the tour and Qwan for the welcome.
It was perfect thanks to them.
The hotel was nice too, and nice staff that served diner.
The situation is great, near the center but still quiet.
Food was nice every time, and room big.
Thank you again !
The hotel istelf was cold but the staff were incredible. The were fast to help us with our problems. I especially liked the tour guide we got to hike with us through the region and near-by villages. Very friendly and open to answering all sorts of questions.
A very good trip and a great guide. I had a good trip. Chinh was a great guide and took great pictures of us. She took us to great shops and helped us out with our shopping. The village is very beautiful and tranquil. I would greatly recommend the tour for everyone.
Chinh was very helpful and patient with us. She made sure that we were comfortable throughout the walk at cat cat village. She recommended shops that were reasonably priced. We definitely recommend her as your guide. She also helped us take photos along the way.
All ok! The Guide Cò is good and nice to help and suggest us all information and etc. The tour in December is nice but without color and rice plants.. I think it is better to come here in other season. There is cold climate. Food is nice and quite cheap.
Great experience, nice scenarios. We were a bit unlucky with weather. Guides are very useful (Cò) and keen in helping. Probably the best period of the time is June-August. The honestly was very comfortable. While a bit cold in December, the family was very helpful.
Amazing tour by Ső! Great English, very lovely lady, very kind. Loved the trekking around the beautiful Sapa mountains! Stayed at a really cute homestay in Ta Van village. Really enjoyed it. The women in the mountains really are incredible.
The tour was nice and well structured. The issue was the weather, I do not raccommend to do this trip during the winter season while during the summer should be amazing.
The guide, Có, very kind and she was open to talk with us about Vietnamese and Sa Pa traditions.
Chinh our guide has been incredibly kind and really nice to see us the village and all the visit in general! The weather was not so good unfortunately but typical for the season! Thanks to Chinh for this incredible day :)!! I will recommend to our friends of course!
We had a great experience trekking with Khu Ly! She was really friendly and very informative about all the villages and people that we visited. Our trek through the bamboo forest was amazing, especially getting to see water buffalo. I would definitely recommend this tour!
We took a guided tour with Zu, and it was amazing! We saw many beautiful panoramas. On the first day, we walked about 10 km, and on the second day, around 6 km. She taught us a lot and speaks excellent English. I highly recommend the homestay tour with Zu!
