Location okay, senang nk shopping mmg dekat dgn Bent tanh market,kedai halal,mlysian street. If dtg just nk shopping, hotel ni okay je….jgn expection tinggi sgt..just for tido mandi solat tu okay je..bilik oky.

Alcune camere non hanno finestra. Per gli occidentali è abbastanza traumatico.
Locattion
* Lobby/Reception: The lobby is actually a foot massage parlor, which is not appropriate for a hotel environment.
* Water Issues: There was no hot water when I arrived. Later in the evening, there was no running water in the bathroom at all.
* Access & Service: Upon returning at night, the entrance was locked. The instructions I received from reception to use my room key card to open the main entrance did not work. The sign posted on the door was extremely confusing, and the assistance phone was completely unreachable. Eventually, I mannaged to open the door.
* Theft: The most serious issue occurred after check-out. I left my bag at the reception for storage, and when I picked it up, my phone charger and cable had been stolen from inside.
This hotel is unreliable, lacks basic utilities, and has serious security issues. Avoid at all costs.

Great location, everything is close and convenient. The room was clean and well maintained. The staff were very friendly and helpful. There is a massage service on the first floor, which is very convenient after a long day. I really enjoyed my stay and would definitely come back again.

Everything good. The reception person was great name is Hat. He helped me alot throughout my stay in Sazi Hotel.
Everything great except the Last night of our stay, the water all of a sudden stop when bathing no water at 4am in the morning. I on the tap also no water came out only have sounds. Bidet also no water came out.
I had very pleasant stay at this hotel.The service provided by the staff (Hat) was excellent. Value for money and the location for shopping❤️The smooth check-in process. The staff named Hat made sure all our needs were taken care of.Hat also helped us to get transport to the airport.
Easy for halal food n all working distance from the hotel...
HAT the reception counter so helpfull even offer us help went needed...
Nothing to comment much... with the value of money dont axpect much...
Bath room shkuld have water heater will be great...
