Very bad hotel

Hello,

The two rooms assigned to us under our reservation—one on the lower floor and one on the upper floor—were both directly facing ventilation motors. Due to the excessive noise, we were unable to sleep throughout the night.

This situation has led us to believe that, because we made the reservation through your platform, we were allocated lower-standard rooms.

We are highly dissatisfied with this experience and request an explanation regarding the matter.

Furthermore, due to this experience, we have serious reservations about using your platform for future bookings.
