Cons:

Hay unas antenas enormes de telefonía muy cerca de la piscina...dicen que son muy dañinas para la salud.
Por falta de espacio solo hay dos hamacas y tres sillas para todos los clientes.
el acceso al hotel debería tener un ascensor y no tantas escaleras empinadas
que no abusen del cliente, reservé y pagué dos noches con un mes de antelacion a 3.300.000 d cuando necesité una noche mas, por problemas con los vuelos, me la ofrecieron a 5.300.000, y naturalmente la tuve que pagar, pero fué un abuso.

Everything is perfect
Pros:

Great location, nice staff. Gym and pool small but quiet which I liked.
Pros:

Great location for Ben thanh markets and alot of massage places very close. I also like the big driveway at the front as the grab bikes or cars could drop off off the road.

Cons:

Need to have the credit card you booked with on you. I forgot mine, so only work around was to debit another card and wait for the original booking to be refunded. If booking remember to bring that credit card with you !

Very grey place in Saigon
Pros:

Very clean and well looked after hotel with a modern design. The room was spacious, comfortable, and the bathtub was a nice bonus. The staff were extremely helpful and very kind to allow us a late checkout, and they also assisted us with our luggage, which was a huge help.

Cons:

As a small area for improvement, the gym is very basic and does not have air-conditioning, which made working out quite difficult. Breakfast could also benefit from a bit more variety and a wider selection of drinks.

Pros:

Tiếng ồn từ quạt thông gió vào đêm đầu tiên :( Trước khi nhận phòng nhân viên lễ tân có thông báo rằng phòng của mình được free upgrade, và mình cũng hỏi luôn rằng phòng có bị ồn không thì nhân viên khẳng định là không. Nhưng thực tế phòng mình thấy không có khác gì phòng mình đặt trên booking :) và tiếng ồn cả đêm đến từ quạt thông gió, rất ồn. Đêm thứ 2 mình đã được đổi sang phòng tương tự và ở trên tầng cao hơn, thì không còn ồn nữa và mình đã có 1 giấc ngủ ngon. Giá như mình được ở căn phòng này từ đêm đầu tiên thì mọi thứ thật sự hoàn hảo, không có gì để chê. Phòng ks thực sự mới đẹp và hiện đại, mình rất thích. Bữa sáng đa dạng và ngon, đặc biệt là món bánh mỳ Saigon, ngon thật sự. Nhân viên cũng rất thân thiện, lịch sự và đáng yêu.

Pros:

Hotel reception and rooms were very clean. Rooms were a good size and comfortable and the bath was nice.

Cons:

The walls are paper thin. You hear people all hours, staff walking around, doors banging, people talking. Very difficult to sleep.
The pool has no bar which is a shame and just has 2 sun loungers.
The room also had no window to see outside just into the corridoor
