I had a wonderful stay at M-City Saigon and would highly recommend it to my friends and family.

The property is welcoming, comfortable, and very well maintained. From the moment we arrived, we felt at home thanks to the kindness and professionalism of the staff, who were always available and happy to help with anything we needed.

I would like to give a very special thank you to Minh Augustus, who truly made our stay even more enjoyable. From the day we arrived until the moment we left, he was always incredibly helpful, friendly, professional, and welcoming. His positive attitude and genuine care for guests made a real difference. Saying goodbye was honestly a little sad because people like him are rare and leave a lasting impression.

Thank you to Minh Augustus and the entire M-City Saigon team for making our stay so memorable. If I return to Ho Chi Minh City, I would gladly stay here again.

Cons:

If I had to mention one small area for improvement, it would be the bathroom ventilation. Installing an exhaust fan would help reduce the humidity that builds up after taking a shower, as it can spread into the room. However, this was only a minor issue and did not affect our overall experience.

3 days stay was plesant except that pillow are too soft.
Pros:

Staffs are very friendly and service orientated.

Cons:

I found that the quality of bread or baguette is a little poor, texture is hard.
The breakfast ends at 9.30am instead of the usual 10.00am
