Disappointed
Cons:

I had to wait until 2pm for the room to be ready which is understandable, but the bin was not emptied and a pile of dirty tissues on the side and dirty tissues in the draw. The bed sheets were stained, the shower only had water pressure if it was cold otherwise no hot water would not come out. There was no remote for the air con or tv. A big mosquito problem. I woke up the next morning with a large ants nest. Also all of the ceilings was covered in damp, and there was a hole in the wall with lots of wires coming out. Not very appealing. When I left I told the receptionist about some of these problems and she apologized and then she started singing to her self. Showed she didn’t really care and probably would not do anything about it. Felt sorry for anyone else staying here. Booked for 2 nights, we only stayed for 1 night.

Die Lage

Cons:

Ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Der Ventilator im Zimmer war komplett verdreckt und die Gardinen an manchen stellen zerrissen. Alles andere war sehr sauber. Das warme Wasser anzubekommen war etwas kompliziert.

很失望
Pros:

位置很好，去海边很近，周围有超市餐馆，吃饭很方便。

Cons:

设施陈旧，关键是热水器坏了，根本打不开开关，没有热水，昨天出去玩出了一身汗，根本没有办法洗澡，前台服务人员下班了，没有人值守，只留了电话，可是我们是外国人，也不会英语，所以根本没有办法打电话。体验感很不好，非常失望。

La réceptionniste LAViIE qui nous a tjs reçu avec le sourire. Et essayer de nous aider .Plage quand on traverse la rue.

Cons:

Les chambres sont sales sentent l humidité, draps sales ,salle de bain pas nettoyée, oreillers moisis .Donne sur une grande route qui circule bcp . Nous avions pu négocier notre transfert gratuit jusqu'à Hoi An . Le manager m a rembourse une nuit d hotel par l intermédiaire de la réceptionniste, nous l avons vu une fois il n ai jamais revenu...

Fairly cheap and good location. Also, air conditioning and nice view in the first room.

We booked a room via Booking and it was fine, although the floors were sticky and the bathroom was a bit dirty and moldy. However, we asked to extend our stay and got another room from the hotel and that room was absolutely terrible. It was dirty, the air quality was awful, it smelled really moldy, the air conditioning did not work, there was no toilet paper and we woke up to loud noise from a construction site early on a Sunday morning. It seems that the rooms via Booking are fine but the hotel scammed us for offering an unliveable room for another night, with the same price as the first room.

Cons:

Nhân viên lễ tân không trực tại quầy, đến check in phải đợi 15p, phải vào phòng sau quầy gõ cửa gọi lễ tân ra, phòng kín, cửa sổ hướng hành lang, rất ồn, nửa đêm cũng ồn, phòng không có điện thoại bàn, không có tivi, không có móc quần áo. Không có khăn tắm, phải gọi điện kêu bổ sung. Phòng nhỏ, so với giá tiền là không hợp lí, nói chung không như quảng cáo.

海から近い

Cons:

完全に写真詐欺のホテルです。清潔感は皆無です。
設備は非常に古く、ホコリや黒ずみの汚れが目立ちます。
シャワールームの下水の匂いが酷いです。芳香剤で誤魔化しているのがさらに気持ち悪いです。
ベッドシーツとバスタオルにもシミがあり、横になりたくないレベルでした。

事前にメッセージで到着が夜中になることを伝えていたのに、フロントで休まれていた男性に声を掛けると舌打ちされました。
HPではチェックアウト12:00までになっているのに8:00と指定されました(深夜着の飛行機だっため、9:00までに交渉しましたが)

値段はお得かもしれませんが、全く居心地が良くないのでおすすめできません。

Pros:

Отличное расположение, недалеко от моря. Большие номера.

Cons:

Проточный водонагреватель, долго колдовал, чтобы вода стала по настоящему горячей. Не работал, телевизор, но он как бы и не нужен))

Нужно почистить вентиляторы от пыли, помыть окна и убрать плесень в ванной комнате.
Pros:

Удобный проход к морю. Отличный пляж. Приветливый персонал.

Cons:

Номера требуют косметического ремонта и генеральной уборки.
