Excellent petit déjeuner. Par contre chambre réservée 2 fois par erreur et non remboursée. Mise en place d’un crédit correspondant à dépenser dans l’hôtel. Pas de proposition de surclassement malgré le crédit. Chambre confortable mais fenêtre donnant sur un mur à 1 mètre donc aucun extérieur. Quasiment pas de dressing(1 penderie avec 6 cintres et c’est tout) Massage au Spa très bien
A great location, close to the lake and in the old town but in a part that isn’t too frantic. Lovely roof terrace that serves drink and food. Lovely staff who can’t do enough for you

Gym is small and oddly designed with steps down from the street where staff walk through.
Booked room with internal window - this was a very small room with no natural light, for the price this did not represent good value.
Strongly suggest water dispensers in the reception - two small bottles in the room are not enough.
As ever in SE Asia the staff are very keen on getting you to leave a 10 star review - asking you to do this is not correct imo and I am very dubious when I see top marks / stars in this part of the world.

De kamer was een binnenkamer zonder raam, vrij klein ook de douche en toilet waren wat beperkt. Hoewel het personeel lief was wel pusherig om zaken te verkopen.

Sin duda, el personal es lo mejor, especialmente Camellia, que nos ayudó con todos los tours y también nos dio muchos tips para adaptarnos bien a la ciudad. El edificio es también emblemático y está decorado al estilo colonial, que nos ha ofrecido una experiencia envolvente. Está ubicado al lado de la catedral, por lo que es muy fácil de encontrar y también hace muy cómodo moverse a pie.
La habitación es un poco más pequeña de lo que esperaba, pero siendo un edificio histórico supongo que será normal.

.The hotel is superbly located at the heart of the old city, within a 3-minute walk from the lake.
The staff is extremely friendly and well-meaning, and the breakfast is exceptional. We initially booked a windowless room, but it was too claustrophobic, and we moved to a nice room with a window overlooking the street.
The gym is located at the basement in a small room that is not separated from the nearby office. The noise from the office was annoying.

Camera estremamente umida. Vero che è un periodo di umidità in Vietnam ma credo sarebbe stato ideale installare un deumidificatore aggiuntivo che gli ospiti potessero utilizzare assieme all’aria condizionata. Ma è solo un suggerimento

Also, a nice seating area out front of the hotel, overlooking the street.
The ceiling lighting, especially in the bathroom wasn’t sufficient. Particularly when trying to shave.
The single beds were fairly narrow, compared to others we have experienced.
The bar prices were a little too expensive and at ‘Happy Hour’, there was buy two get one free, but it only applies to beer.
