Pros:

La gentillesse de tout le personnel et l'extrême attention du concierge Jack. Petite déjeuner très varié et très bin. Le service est parfait.

Superbe hôtel mais peut mieux faire / attention photos du ciel trompeuses sur la grandeur de l’hôtel

Le lit, l’emplacement, le service rendu et le petit déjeuner

Cons:

Le manque de luminosité dans la chambre,
Il faudrait plus de lumière directe, le vasque sdb est trop étroit pour deux
L’hotel est beaucoup plus petit en réalité que sur les photos car il n’occupe qu’une petite partie de l’immeuble.
La piscine est petite et celle qu’on voit du ciel est celle de l’hôtel qui partage le même immeuble.

Friendly staff, great location, and a delicious breakfast made for a wonderful stay at the heart of the Old quarter
Pros:

I had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. The staff were friendly and always willing to help with anything I needed, which made the experience even more enjoyable. The location is excellent, making it easy to get around and explore the area. Breakfast was also very good, with a nice variety of options to start the day. Overall, a great choice and I would happily stay here again.

Cons:

I missed having an espresso machine in the room

Lovely stay in a charming colonial hotel
Pros:

Location near the lake, our host at reception Quan was extremely friendly and perfect for all advice in restaurant, places to go, timing for train a street, and organised a one-day trip in north.

Cons:

We book late so took the last room without real window, it makes the experience a bit strange but actually we are not often in the room during the day, so it’s ok (and actually very calm)

Ein rundum angenehmer Aufenthalt in schönem Hotel mit toller Aussicht

Unser Aufenthalt war klasse. Der Service war super und das Frühstück war auf der Reise wirklich mit das Beste! Viel Auswahl, viel Liebe zum Detail. Die Lage ist top, man kann vieles zu Fuß erreichen.

Pros:

La gentillesse du personnel en particulier de Quan à l’accueil, des portiers, des hôtesses et du manager M. Jack. Arrivés de notre vol très tôt le matin, on nous a tout de suite proposé de prendre une douche avant que la chambre soit prête. Le petit déjeuner était excellent, des produits frais, variés, dans une belle salle avec une vue imprenable sur la cathédrale. Malgré une petite appréhension dans une chambre sans fenêtre extérieure, son confort et son espace compensent parfaitement, l’éclairage indirect est bien pensé et travaillé. L’ensemble de la décoration de l’hôtel est réussie. Le rooftop est très agréable.
Enfin la localisation est idéale, à proximité immédiate du Old Quarter tout en étant à un niveau de la rue sans trop d’agitation.

Cons:

Transfert proposé de l’aéroport cher, il vaut mieux passer par Grab.
