Purer Luxus um mal runterzukommen
Pros:

Extrem gepflegtes, neuwertiges und sauberes Hotel. Alle Details stimmen! Die Betten sind sehr bequem und auch die Kopfkissen. Ausstattung ist sehr gut und auch das Frühstücksbuffet ist reichhaltig. Die Aussicht vom Restaurant ist spektakulär! Es liegt ca. 15-30 Gehminuten von der Innenstadt und dem See entfernt. Im Keller ist eine große Garage

Es gibt nur eine Sache, aber das Hotel kann nichts dafür:

Im Tempel nebenan wird ein kleiner Welpe in einem 1x1m kleinen Käfig gehalten. Er möchte raus und Kontakt aber ist den ganzen Tag da drin. Er jault also den ganzen Tag und die ganze Nacht. Wir sind oft davon wach geworden.

Het uitzicht vanuit de kamer was geweldig. Het ontbijt was heerlijk en de zaal had een schitterend uitzicht. Het personeel was vriendelijk en behulpzaam.

Pros:

Nice place in Da Lat. Our room was specious and the bed comfortable. The bathroom was also quite big. Clean and well decorated.

Cons:

The big window facing to the street could have some extra thin curtains, as otherwise we had to always keep the big curtains closed to not to be exposed to the outside world. The shower temperature was hard to regulate. The water was either too hot or cold. Tricky.

Pros:

Nhà mình ở đây 3 đêm. Dịch vụ tốt, nhanh. Nhà mình ở phòng Premium Quadruple, có toilet rộng rãi. Nói chung phòng thì ok👌 wifi nhanh. Vị trí cũng gần trung tâm. Giá đã bao gồm ăn sáng buffet, không quá nhiều món nhưng cũng vừa miệng, các món thay đổi theo ngày. Ngồi ăn lộng khó rất mát.
Thật ra mình làm về dịch vụ khách sạn nên sẽ có cái nhìn hơi kỹ hơn chút. Có 1 vài thứ mình chưa thấy ổn.
Thứ 1: bãi xe ô tô, buổi tối tắt đèn tối thui, đèn theo dạng cảm biến nhưng chỉ có vài chỗ hoạt động, cơ bản là nó vẫn quá tối, mình không thể thấy để đi cần bật đèn pin điện thoại.
Thứ 2: đèn hành lang tầng 2 phòng mình ở cũng tối, đèn cảm biến nhưng hoạt động rất chậm. Đi gần tới mới bật. Biển exit thoát hiểm đặt không đúng chỗ, cái này cần xem và chỉnh lại vì rất nguy hiểm khi xảy ra sự cố.
Thứ 3: 2 tv trong phòng mình đều hiển thị tiếng Hàn nên mình phải mò để chỉnh lại.
Thứ 4: Mình thấy nơi này để là hotel nhưng mình ko thấy bảng tên khách sạn có để tiêu chuẩn sao ở dưới sảnh.
Thứ 5: Chỗ bậc lên xuống thang máy thiết kế dễ vấp té.

Pros:

Spacious comfortable 2 bed room apartment, model smart toilet with strong hot water shower. Very beautiful view via giant window. Lovely plant outside of window. Love the camellia and tiny flowers at the lobby.

Cons:

Poor breakfast, need to improve both variety and quality.
Giant wood ceiling decoration in one bedroom looks very heavy and create uncomfortable feeling for poeple sleeping under it.
Not so good noise proof window

Pros:

+ Style, vibe and design of hotel
+ view from breakfast area
+ good location, but slightly out of the center so less traffic noise
+ lots of coffee shops close by

Cons:

- no A/C therefore always stuffy air (though Da Lat hotels often dont have A/C
- breakfast: quality was ok, only one choice of premade/sugary tea, food was more home cooking rather than hotel quality, fruit tastes of onion (cut with same knife or chopboard?), we mostly had eggs from the egg cooking station which was good
- mattress rock hard
- there were extra beds in the corridor (felt like walking through a storage room)
- laundry service: washed all colors together, sadly our clothes xame back faded or light/white had a grey shade on it.

Very good
Pros:

Our room is much more spacious than we expected! It is also tidy and with a great view.
Breakfast place is at the rooftop. The view there is even greeeeeater!
They also provide motorcycle rental service.

Cons:

Breakfast choices are relatively little.
They have rooms in B1 and ground floor, which have no view, so if anyone expects to have good veiw, they should book and choose room type carefully.
