The apartment was in an alley that was much quieter than street front, which was very nice. The bed was comfortable, and housekeeping came daily. There was hot water, but no heat in the apartment (it was very cold when I arrived in Hanoi), but there was an extra blanket in the closet. There was a stove and full sized fridge with a few markets close by. Lots of restaurants within walking distance in any direction and a mall very close. Bonus that there's a yoga studio in the building.

It's clean and cozy. Nice price. Ok for long-term expacts. Breakfast on menu is included.
You should solve everything with check in by yourself. Call or chat the staff. Who maybe won't answer you at night. If you don't have local sim - it's a problem. Switch on the electricity by yourself. Which means you won't have hot water immediately.
As for breakfast you have to order it in advance. Because it will be delivered from other spot.
The room also doesn't have any kind of soap.
The location was amazing. It is a very nice spacious 1 bedroom apartment.
I stayed for 2 weeks and the cleaners never offered to leave fresh towels or changed the bed sheets
Housekeeping should do more often and cleaner, stationary need to be top up. Did ran out of toilet paper for a few times and we need to get it ourselves on 7th floor
Gem with amazing staff
What amazing staff, with lovely accommodation for a really good price. The breakfast is very nice with traditional food , Tom, Hailey, Queen, Tony always help us everything
Quiet, safe and really comfortable.
I had only 1 night here. However, everthing was over my expectation. The room was spacious and clean. The amenities were new. There was a smart Tv and plus point was the working chair and table.

I like the atmosphere of the room. Its simple but still modern. Everything made my stay very enjoyable such as spotless clean bed and bathroom, fully equipped kitchen, smart tivi. I would come back to stay here in the future. Highly recommended!
