Jedynym plusem obiektu było smaczne śniadanie.
Na tym koniec.
Pierwszy pokój, który otrzymałam po przyjeździe był brudny, ręczniki poplamione. Pokój po interwencji został wymieniony na posprzątany, ale stan łazienki pozostawił wiele do życzenia. Pleśń na suficie i w kabinie prysznicowej. Najgorsze było to, że z prysznica nie lała się woda. Ciśnienie było za niskie. Pokój na booking jest opisany jako dźwiękoszczelny, a w nocy nie dało się spać z powodu głośnych wozów jeżdżących na budowę obok.

Zimmer wird nur auf Anfrage gereinigt. Handtücher wurden teils nicht getauscht. Große Pfütze in Bad. Beim Frühstück wird man nicht bedient, wenn man draußen sitzt. Safe hat nicht funktioniert und wurde auch nach Reklamation nicht repariert. Rezeption oft nicht besetzt. Zimmer war um 14:00 noch nicht fertig - wir hatten sogar vorher für einen früheren Check In angefragt, da wir mit Baby unterwegs waren.
Nothing unfortunately
The property was advertised as having a balcony, but our room did not have one. We raised concerns with the hotel staff and were told no rooms have balconies. The air conditioning in the room did not work. The breakfast is provided off-site, you have to get a bus at 8am to another location.
There is quite a lot of vehicle noise from outside the hotel at night, despite being advertised as overlooking a quiet street. There was no one available for us to check out in the morning.

The room is very spacious and beautiful. We really enjoyed our stay here. The room is exactly like in this picture! 🥰

- The room on the 5th floor is quite big, clean and quiet.
- Design and decoration are very nice.
- The beds and pillows are comfortable.
- The lift can fit 3 persons and 2 big luggages.
- The balcony can see the firework from the far distance.
- There are so many drawers in the rooms.
- The staff are friendly, helpful and responsive.
- Buggy service is available.
- There is stain in the sofa which might not be new as per the photos.
- The refrigerator door was installed in the wrong side, so it is difficult to open it.
- There is only 1 key card per room and the air condition is not working well. It takes time (more than hour) for the room to get cold.
- The bathroom floor is slippery.
- We need to ride the hotel buggy to other place where our breakfast (a la carte) would be served. There is not much choice to choose, and the taste is not our favorite.
- There is only one big garbage bin located in the bathroom.
