Would recommend others to stay. Beds are on the extra firm side
Pros:

Good location in the Old Quarter but not in the middle of it all. Staff was nice and helpful. Their front desk is basically open 24 hours? I had a very late check in and someone was there to help. They offer information on tours, but I don't think they are the most competitive prices.

AC and fan was good. House sandals are provided. Room was good and clean.

I liked the breakfast with the variety of fruits. Others might think it's simple though. They also had little snacks at the front, which is a nice touch.

They offer laundry service for a fee, but I don't think it was that cheap... 50k per 1 kg.

Would recommend to others to stay!! And would stay here again.

Cons:

The beds are extra firm. My friend liked it but i preferred something softer. I still slept well each night!!

The shower does leak water a bit but I noticed that was an issue throughout Vietnam. The bathroom itself was warm though. Things dried quickly in there.

Pros:

I had a really great stay at Hanoi Liliane Hotel. The staff was incredibly friendly, helpful, and very responsive whenever I needed anything. Their service truly made a difference during my stay.

At first, I thought the room would be small, but it turned out to be surprisingly spacious. I booked a room for four people, and it was very comfortable and perfect for a family.

The breakfast was simple but good. It had everything you needed to start the day. They also offer tours, which I found quite nice and convenient.

The location is very strategic and only about a 5-minute walk to the weekend night market, which is a big plus.

Overall, it’s definitely a great place to stay in Hanoi. No wonder it has such a high rating! Highly recommended 😊

Pros:

We stayed twice in this hotel and it is consistently amazing! The staff are incredibly kind and accommodating—they helped us with tours around Hanoi and arranged our transport back from Sapa. The breakfast is very good, and they gave our group of three a family room at a great price. The location is perfect, within walking distance to the famous Train Street and close to everything. Most of all, they were so generous; check-out is at 12 noon, but they allowed us to stay for free for an extra 4 hours because of our 8 pm flight! I will definitely come back and stay again."

Pros:

Friendly and helpful staff. Great location. Comfortable beds

Cons:

We booked 2 rooms. In one the shower cradle was broken so you couldn't put it up on the wall. You could only use it handheld. In the other it had been duct taped into the cradle so it was on the wall but you couldn't remove it.
