Pros:

Geweldig lieve mensen die zeer behulpzaam zijn
Moon , Luna en alle andere medewerkers zijn super lieve behulpzame mensen. De accommodatie is centraal gelegen in Rheinland centre met de trainstreet , Hoi Kiem lake en alle streetfood restaurants nabij.

Tolle Mitarbeiter und super Lage!

Cons:

Wir hatten wohl Pech mit dem Zimmer. Wir waren im ersten Stock ganz hinten. Schimmelig und sehr abgenutztes Zimmer. Unter uns war die Küche und das roch man sehr. Das Bett war das härteste auf der ganzen Reise. Ich würde hier nicht nochmal absteigen. Das Frühstück war auch eher mindest Angebot. Ich bin schon sehr viel gereist. Schlief meist in ganz wilden Hostels. Daher kann ich den Standard gut einordnen. Ich denke hier sind ein paar bessere Zimmer vorhanden, wir hatten Pech.

Stayed 3 nights, they organised airport pickup and day tour which was super nice. Definitely I recommend if you want to

24/7 reception, helpful staff, clean rooms, good breakfast

Cons:

My room had window facing the street so it was a bit noisy at times as it’s quite busy street.

Great room, great breakfast, and top-notch staff
Pros:

The hotel had a great location - quiet but very close to the shopping and lake. The breakfast was superb. But the staff - that was what really shone. Our luggage was delayed and they desk clerk kept up with the airport lost and found nonstop for 2 days even better than we would have - while also helping us find great places to go out and enjoy ourselves instead of worrying!

Cons:

We did not have more time to stay.

Pros:

L’hôtel est idéalement situé. Aimant marcher, nous avons pu tout faire à pied. À proximité, il y a de nombreux restaurants et cafés ; n’hésitez pas à vous “perdre” dans les rues aux alentours, le quartier est très agréable.
Le personnel est d’une extrême gentillesse et il y avait toujours quelqu’un à la réception 24h/24.
Nous avons pu laisser nos bagages en sécurité et obtenir la chambre plus tôt que prévu, ce qui a été très appréciable.
Tout au long du séjour, des petites attentions étaient mises à disposition dans le hall (bonbons, bananes, petits gâteaux, fontaine à eau), un vrai plus !
Le petit déjeuner était également très bon, cependant il faut noter qu’il se termine à 9h30.

Cons:

Nous avons constaté la présence de fourmis. Au départ, elles étaient sur les murs et ce n’était pas vraiment dérangeant. Cependant, un jour, j’en ai retrouvé plusieurs près de mon oreiller. Le personnel a été réactif et a envoyé quelqu’un rapidement pour traiter le problème.
Après le traitement, les fourmis tombaient parfois sur le lit au niveau des oreillers, ce qui était peu agréable et m’a obligée à en enlever plusieurs fois.
Enfin, lors de la dernière nuit, un bruit lié à un problème de climatisation (pas celle de notre chambre) rendait le sommeil difficile. Le personnel a toutefois été compréhensif et nous a changé de chambre pour cette dernière nuit.

Geweldig personeel. Moon hielp ons met onze trips boeken. Je kunt je koffers achterlaten bij meerdaagse trips elders en retour.
