Dames de l’accueil très gentilles, patientes et serviables. Nous avons pu laver notre linge (linge lavé et rendu sec et plié). Chambre propre et confortable. Petits déjeuners copieux et bons. Petit plus pour la piscine sur le toit très agréable !

Pros:

The rooms were very nice and clean, we also got a free upgrade to a higher floor. Some of the staff were very helpsome and nice. We were also late for breakfast one day but they fixed us food anyways

Cons:

My friend had cleaned her foundation on one of the towels so we had to pay extra fee for the towel. I wish the hotel were closer to the beach

Pros:

We really enjoyed the hotel room and the rooftop pool, even if the water was quite cold in the winter season. Very helpful staff. Nice breakfast.

The room was spacious, modern and clean. The breakfast had plenty of variety and was tasty.

Cons:

Staff were unhelpful in organising transport and activities. The room began to smell like cigarette smoke, forcing us to change rooms at 2.00am. We suspect another hotel guest was smoking in their room...

The rooms were big, new hotel, clean

Cons:

The pool is not functioning, believe this is due to the typhoon however this was not mentioned on the bookings facilities.
The breakfast was okay, there wasn’t many people staying at the property so maybe that influenced the food as the old food was sitting there. Maybe if there isn’t a lot of people a la crate would be better than a buffet.
It isn’t really 700m from the beach as that isn’t a place to go swimming as heavily polluted

Very nice and new hotel, though location could be more central.
Pros:

Room was nice and spacious, bathroom was great. (Best water pressure I had on my whole Vietnam trip.) Staff very friendly and polite. Breakfast was very large with a lot of local variety.

Cons:

Connecting door to neighboring room (family of three with small child) wasn’t soundproof at all. Location a bit removed from things. Restaurant was closed when I was there.

Lovely big modern rooms. Great shower and comfy bed. Staff very helpful and a good breakfast.

Cons:

Nothing really. We went in February so out of season and the hotel and surrounding area was quiet. Suggest hiring a scooter to get about although taxis are very cheap.

Pros:

There is a karaoke shop across the street from the hotel, and the speakers of the karaoke shop are outside, so it was very noisy even in the room with the windows closed. Karaoke shops are open every night and are sometimes noisy until late at mid night. I was asked to change my room from the street side to the inside, but I could still hear the noise. I do not recommend this hotel to people who want a good night's rest.
