Cons:

Stingy with the handsoap. Did not renew daily.. Use, same soap 3 days.. And the weather was 10 degrees with no heater. Room was too cold.. Do you sleep in 10 degrees weather with no heater?

The room is very spacious for a family of 5. The kitchenette and dining table were a real plus. Overall, a comfortable stay.

Cons:

Quite area. Superb Clean. Staffs are friendly & helpful.
Pros:

Breakfast - a lot of choices to choose for main dishes. Dalat yogurt taste delicious - must try.
Location - a bit far from town center but easily can call grab & super fast arrival at pick up point. Just a bit careful when payment time double check the amount. Overall grab drivers are very kind & they are pro in doing their business.

Cons:

Breakfast serving at upper level setting is superb nice view but have to climb up & down to get the foods.
Come early to book main breakfast area setting is nice view also.

Very good place to stay with exceptional staff
Pros:

The staff were exceptional couldn’t do enough for you and spoke excellent English. Breakfast was fantastic, lots of choice both Vietnamese and western options and they changed daily. Gym and pool facilities very good. Room was big and shower good

Cons:

It was noisy both from the traffic noise and the furniture/ housekeeping trollies being scraped along on the floor late into the night/ early in the morning.
