Excellent séjour à Hué
Pros:

Le personnel est très attentionné et accueillant. Petit déjeuner très agréable. Bonne situation dans la ville , quartier calme.

Cons:

Le bémol, une chambre avec une seule fenêtre donnant sur le couloir de desserte. Obligation de fermer le store pour l’intimité, donc pas de lumière naturelle.

Pros:

Super emplacement, équipe très sympathique, chambre confortable !

Cons:

Dommage qu'il n'y ait qu une fenetre sur couloir et que la chambre soit donc difficile à aérer et un peu humide. Isolation phonique assez légère.

Pros:

The staff was incredible, they were so kind and wonderful, really made our stay great. The size of the room was good and having a washer/dryer was a real bonus.

The toilet area is very small and the floor planking is uneven in places.

Pros:

Petit hôtel offrant un bon confort. Chambre appartement propre. Staff compétent apportant leur aide rapidement. Prestations (transfert, voiture avec chauffeur..) de bonne qualité et d un bon prix.

Cons:

Service du petit déjeuner à la carte vite débordé. Insonorisation à revoir. Pas assez de serviettes de toilettes. Nous avons dû demander couverts, verres et torchon. Table pour les repas trop petite. Pas de lobby dans l hôtel.

Good value base for exploration.

The shower was awkward to operate and seemed to have limited hot water. The toilet was rather small.

Ở đây không có bữa sáng nhưng bù lại phòng nghỉ rất sạch sẽ, đầy đủ tiện nghi. Có cả máy giặt rất tiện lợi. Địa điểm gần trung tâm

Cons:

Nhà vệ sinh quá sát giường ngủ. Nhưng bù lại mình rất thích KS khi xây phòng tắm riêng, khu vệ sinh riêng chứ không chung như nhiều KS khác.

The apartment on the 2nd floor was very comfortable, clean and everything was working perfectly. It also has a washer/dryer machine. The staff are very friendly and attentive. Breakfast is fresh and delicious. The hotel also offers good rates for drivers and tours.

The kitchenware could be improved, with a spatula, an extra soup spoon and plate.

Pros:

Location was great, room and food were good and clean! I felt satisfied.

Cons:

I might have understood wrong that our room has a city view but this window was actually open to corridors which worked like a balcony but therefore other quests could pass the window.
