Amazing staff and excellent location as well as clean rooms.
AC shut off when you left the room and was very hot in Hue. Hotel in Hoi An and other places for similar rates kept on so when you got back to room it didn’t take an hour to cool down.
The room was clean and the bedding was fresh, which is about the only positive we can take from this stay.
We were initially given a room with no windows and a strong smell of mould — not acceptable for the price. To their credit, staff did move us to another room when we asked, but unfortunately the problems continued. The bathroom had an unpleasant smell coming from the pipes, and the noise from the plumbing was so loud we could hear every guest in the building showering. At one point it genuinely sounded like water was flooding into our room. In the end, we checked out a day early — something we've never had to do before. Sadly not somewhere we'd return to or recommend.
Staff was amazing the room was very nice, it was very central but down a quiet alley so very quiet could not fault anything wished we could of stayed longer highly recommend
We had a pleasant stay: the room was nice and the staff extremly friendly. Overall Great Experience. The location was perfect for us: close enough to the City highlights but not too close to be overcrowded and noisy.
The location was so close to many things such as walking street, the Perfume River. Really nice room, breakfast was great. Staff so helpful and kind. There was restaurants nearby and a,ong the alleyway where the hotel was located

La única entrada de aire exterior en la habitación doble es por la puerta. Tiene una ventana no practicable que da a un pasillo.
El hotel está situado en una calle muy tranquila. Éramos 3 y cogimos habitaciones individuales porque queríamos descansar un poco después de llevar varios días sin descansar bien y por 20 euros la noche teníamos cada uno la suya.
El hotel está nuevo. Todavía no le ha dado tiempo a descascarillarse las paredes o a salir moho. Y los muebles también se ven nuevos y bien. El aire acondicionado también funciona correctamente.
El desayuno es básico pero te lo hacen en el momento y está bueno.
Te dan a elegir una bebida caliente, una fría y luego el principal que como en casi todos los sitios hay huevos y noodles para elegir.
También ofrecen excursiones y transfer.
Nosotros reservamos el transfer a Hoi An con ellos.
La habitación es muy estrecha. Pero para una persona está muy bien. Para dos igual se queda un poco pequeña.
Tenía la ducha del wc separados que eso está también bien.
La ventana que tiene da al pasillo que a su vez es el que tiene ventanas a la calle. Que si tienes abierta la ventana te van a ver los otros huéspedes que pasen.

Le ménage n’a pas été fait dans ma chambre et les petits déjeuners sont vraiment très simple, pas trop de choix
Tout était parfait, de l’emplacement de l’hotel, aux équipements tout était au top ainsi que la propreté. Le personnel a été au petits soins du début à la fin. Je recommanderai cet hotel à tous ceux qui souhaitent passer à la ville de Hue !
Appartement propre et très bien placé! Je recommande franchement cet hôtel. + le petit déjeuné était super! Guides indépendants à l’hôtel mais à citer malgré tout, qui sont en général devant, vous pouvez faire confiance!!
Attention car services proposés par l’accueil bien plus chers que si vous faites vos propres recherches (x2 voir x3 niveau prix) et le personnel nous a accusé d’avoir casser des choses à notre départ et voulait nous prendre de l’argent. Situation réglée rapidement mais décevant malgré tout.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Excellent breakfast. Very convenient location close to restaurants and on weekends, walking street neighbourhood with traffic blocked off.
Hotel's walls are very thin so you can hear your neighbours so this could be a problem if you are a light sleeper. Bathroom odour is unpleasant.

Exceptional stay in the heart of Huế! The apartment-style room was clean and modern, and having a private washing machine was incredibly convenient. We loved the customizable breakfast—so many fresh options to choose from. A huge thank you to the welcoming staff during our stay. Highly recommended for anyone visiting the city!
The room could use a little bit of minor maintenance in a few spots, it didn't affect our comfort or the quality of our stay at all.
The hotel is Quiet and well located.

Oud appartement, overal beestjes, beddengoed niet goed schoon en verschillende mankementen.
The room was bright, clean, modern and spacious. Loved having a separate kitchen area and washing machine. The bed was comfortable. Nice having an elevator for the third floor location. Easy walk or grab ride most places. Staff was very friendly and helpful.
Just a few minor things to make for an even better stay... the clothes drying rack was a little small. The water in the shower did not get very hot, but we never mentioned it to the staff for our short stay. The breakfast was fine, but just a few changes could make it great, like some homemade bread, some fruit with meals, and maybe a granola and fruit option. Overall great, though and we would definitely stay there again!
