Bad service
The location is ok
The shower... low water pressure, very uncomfortable to take shower
And... the aircon is terrible, only fan even it has set to 18°C, not even cold
The staffs are not friendly at all, even when serving the guest.
The reception staff was friendly and very helpful.
Not particularly clean, the cleaners did a bad job a daily cleaning.
Staff don’t help with luggage, first time i experienced this.
Laundry facility was not good, it was washed but not ironed and they didn’t tell me this which they should have.
Great place to stay but a little out of the way

Very dirty, unbelievable, dust is everywhere, the cup to drink tea are very dirty, the hot water is not consistent, sometimes is very hot, very dangerous to spray directly
