i don’t want to sound to negative as i love the apartments and have returned before, however this time after arriving at 17.30 nobody was there to greet me and after 2 hours of trying to make contact i had to let myself in so did not sleep well feeling like a burglar, also a lot of work being carried out so noisy 4am delivery of metal poles not very relaxing but i do like the location and the staff (when their) so i can’t be to negative

Very awesome experience staying here. Wish i booked a few mire days as the place was quite elegant. Definitely recommend staying here. Good value for price

Great little hotel, bed and pillows were awesome. Nice to have the washer. The bathroom could use a deep clean.
Very friendly staff. The location is very hard to find as it is in a alley. Great restaurants, lots of shops. We enjoyed waling around the lake and area.

Everything was good. Just a side note to ask in advance for your room details if you are checking late.

Love the area. Actually happy that I was not in the more touristy areas, like the old quarter. Easy places to taxi. Loved exploring the area. The lake is the bomb, and there are any number of eateries, and services, surrounding the lake, and the adjoining streets. Must see.

We had the absolute best time at this studio. The staff was super welcoming and helpful with our many questions. They went above and beyond to make sure our room was set, laundry done in a timely manner and our breakfast needs were met.

The welcome tea and treats were a lovely way to start our stay. It’s also a great location being a 30 minutes walk to the old town.

They set our airport transfer professionally. The studio is beautiful and well maintained.

We will definitely be back!

시끄럽지 않고 평온한 동네여서 좋았습니다. 시설도 깨끗하고 침대와 가구 등도 쾌적하고 에어컨도 두대 있어 시원하였고 창문과 테라스까지 갖춰져서 매우 만족합니다. 단지 부엌 냄비와 후라이팬 상태 및 수세미와 세제 상태가 청결하지 못해서 놀랐습니다. 그부분만 고쳐진다면 완벽한 숙소가 될것입니다. 하노이를 간다면 다시 가고 싶습니다.

Wow! One of the most beautiful hotels I've ever stayed in (and I travel a lot, both for business and leisure). This new hotel was astonishing! It's been in operation for just 1 year, so everything was shiny and brand new, yet most of the issues reported in other reviews were solved.

長期利用で使用しました。
掃除は1週間に2回とのことでしたが、タオルはほとんど毎日交換してくれて、ゴミ捨てや備品補充などはお願いすれば必ずやってくれたので、非常に快適に過ごせました。
近隣にコンビニもあり、美味しい飲食店も多くて食事に困ることもありませんでした。
しいていうなら、大雨が降ると目の前の道路が浸水して池の水も溢れるので、雨季はタクシー移動が難しくなるかもしれません。

Very nice hotel, quiet area (somewhat remote), well designed - had everything we needed - outside of the old quarter, but closer to the airport for an earlier morning flight. The convenience of the kitchen was very nice - a good value. Strange that the site exterior is not the same building.

Super Amazing stay, location was in a safe and not so noisy part of hanoi yet every main attraction was easily close by making it the ideal stay for me and my friend. When i ever come back I'm definitely staying here again for sure.

The room is very well decored. Super spacious room that even have walk in closet.
The hotel located near Xuan Dieu street it is like Expats town with famous restaurants, coffee shop, spa, hair salon. When you stay here you dont need to go so far to find everything you need which is perfect for business trip like me.
The TV is smart TV so you can watch netflix and youtube.

I had a business trip in Hanoi for one week and I decided to stay at this hotel for 1 night. I didn't go wrong. First impressions are important to me and this place didn't disappoint, the location is less than one hour from the airport, close to a wide array of restaurants and shops. Walking distance to Westlake.
The hotel is posh, clean and comfortable, the bed was one of the most comfortable beds I ever found in a hotel and the view of the city was worth every penny. I stayed in the King studio which was quite spacious with plenty of storage space and conveniences. The price included breakfast which in itself was impressive.
About the customer service: every single person I encountered was friendly, polite, helpful and efficient.
If I could give them a better rating I would with no hesitation.

Room is clean with reasonable space and the view is good with high floor, the design look modern. It’s easy to book GrabCar & GrabBike. The service is good though, friendly staffs.

Excellent service - helpful and friendly. The breakfast was something to look forward to! Really Wonderful! Thank you to all staff for helping to make my introduction to Vietnam so wonderful as that was my first stay in Hanoi.
The rooms are cozy, comfy, and spacious—too bad we’re outside most of the time. From here, the local attractions are just about a 10-minute cab ride away.
