Pros:

Serviabilité du personnel, leur gentillesse.

Cons:

Lampe de chevet qui ne fonctionne pas bien. Et les oreillers qui sont trop gros et épais...il faudrait avoir les choix avec des oreillers moins épais.

Bra takpool nära flygplatsen!
Pros:

Väldigt nära flygplatsen, vilket var exakt det vi sökte! Poolen var toppen för svalkande dopp efter lång resa. Rummet var rymligt, våra två barn sov med oss i dubbelsängen.

Cons:

Vi landade mitt i natten och hade bokat upphämtning på flygplatsen, men de dök aldrig upp och svarade inte på whatsapp meddelande där vi tidigare haft kontakt, inte heller på samtal. Vi stod länge och väntade och försökte få tag på dom, bokade till slut egen taxi på plats. Inte jätteroligt efter över 24 timmars resa med två små barn. När vi kom fram till hotellet låg receptionisten och en till personal och sov i lobbyn (kanske vår chaufför?) så det var förmodligen anledningen att de inte svarade när jag försökte kontakta dem. Det var svårt med språket då de inte pratade bra engelska. Fick ingen ursäkt att de inte hämtat oss. På grund av språksvårigheter från personalens håll och vi var trötta efter lång resa orkade vi inte ifrågasätta. Vårt flyg var försenat men jag hade meddelat flygnumret innan så de visste ju att vi skulle komma den natten. Vi behövde såklart inte betala den bokade upphämtningen som aldrig dök upp, men vi fick inte heller någon kompensation eller ursäkt för att de inte hållt vår överenskommelse.

Not worth the price paid.
Pros:

The location was ideal to Hoan Kiem Lake and other historic attractions nearby.

Located close to some good eats too.

The staff were hospitality were amazing and big shout out to John for his help with airport transfers.

Cons:

Tucked in a corner of the street and blocked by street vendors and parked scooters caused some minor headaches with accessibility to the hotel especially with a family member travelling with mobility issues.

Hotel carpets in the hallways were old and smelled mouldy.

Our bathroom was a little annoying. The toilet was situated right in front of the shower door - so you need to be careful how far you open the shower door as it will smack into the toilet bowel. I couldn’t understand there is a perfectly empty corner that the toilet could be placed without obstructing the shower door but the toilet was placed where it was and caused annoying inconvenience trying to get in and out of the shower.

Pros:

The location was close to the airport. The swimming pool on the rooftop. It was an ok hotel and great value for money.

Cons:

Breakfast could have been better, Vietnam has such fantastic food. A room to leave your bag after checking out, it was possible to leave the bag but they were in front of the elevator.

Pros:

We didn't partake of any of the amenities, just spent the night before an early flight. The location was great, staff helped to book us 2 big taxis for the airport very early in the morning, and there were some convenience stores & restaurants along the street.

Cons:

A factor in booking the room was the note on booking.com that they had an airport shuttle, but they don't. The staff did get us taxis quickly, though, so in the end it wasn't a problem.
