Very friendly and warm staff! They look after their guests so well. Great hospitality! Their tour service is also very good. I booked a full day tour to Lan Ha bay through them. The trip was great with a knowledgeable tour guide and delicious food.

Our stay was lovely. The staff at the Sono were friendly and informative!. They saved for us many nice foods on google map so we just followed it & enjoyed. We also got our day trip to Ninh Binh from the hotel. The tour was well organized. We will be back for sure!

After a long flight from the London, we arrived at the Sono hotel and were greeted by a kind and friendly team. They offered us a list of eating and visiting places. They also helped us to book the trip to Lan ha bay. Very enjoyable trip. The cruiser was big and cleaned with delicious meals. Highly recommend.

Let's book the Sono. You won't be disappointed. It's a small hotel but has everything we needed. The bed was soft and comfortable. Staff are always ready to help. They helped us to book ha giang loop. Our easy riders were friendly and experienced. They knew very well the area

room was tatty, floor needed replacing, shower only enough water for 1 person, then had to wait for more to heat up. Not very clean at all apart from the sheets. Breakfast was bad. Hotel needs renovating .
The Sono hotel is in a convenient location! I was warmly greeted by staff . They offerred so many suggestions on visiting and eating. I decided to extend me stay and took their cruise to Halong bay. The scenery was really nice and the trip was excellent. Absolutely wonderful experience."
Das Hotelpersonal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Ich habe mich in diesem Hotel sehr willkommen gefühlt. Das Zimmer hatte für mich eine gute Grösse und alles hat funktioniert so wie es sollte. Alles in allem würde ich dieses Hotel wieder buchen.
Die Fenster dürften besser isoliert sein, weil man von der Strasse alles mitbekommt. Ich wurde aber schon beim einchecken drauf hingewiesen und mir wurde auch ein anderes Zimmer angeboten. Somit alles ok.
Great location!!! Just 2 mins on foot to Long Bien bridge and Dong Xuan market. All the staff were very responsive and friendly. They helped me with booking ha giang loop tour. Amazing trip!!!
