Great with understanding your needs

The Sono hotel is in a great location. We could easily walk to the night market, Hoan Kiem lake and West lake. The rooms were comfortable with soft mattress. Staff always smile and ready to help. When we were confused between Ha Giang and Cao Bang tours, they gave us detailed information of each place. It helped us to make right decisions. We had great experiences.

We stayed at the Sono Ha Noi for a total of 5 nights. It's a small and lovely hotel with friendly & helpful staff. We could leave our luggage at the hotel during our trip to Lan Ha bay. Their booking for cruise was very good. We got free upgrade to VIP cabin on cruise. Amazing experience!

Preisgünstiges Hotel in guter Lage, Sehenswürdigkeiten fußläufig. Frühstück dem Preis entsprechend. Sehr freundliches Personal das mit vielen hilfreichen Informationen weiter geholfen hat. Wir hatten das Zimmer für zwei Nächte gebucht, da wir am späten Abend weitergereist sind und noch einen Ruheort vor Abreise benötigt haben..

Le personnel est très bien informé et nous a donné de nombreux conseils utiles. Les chambres sont décorées simplement, mais elles sont confortables. Un excellent choix pour notre budget!

A pleasant stay!
The staff was friendly and responded to our requests. Thus, we received an iron upon request and allowed us to leave our luggage safely after checking out, until our departure from the city.
The breakfast was in the form of a Swedish buffet, tasty and varied.
The quality-price ratio is very good.

I would 100% stay at the Sono hotel again. It's a cheap hotel with great location and wonderful staff who always go above & beyond to make our stay enjoyable. It's not only a hotel but also a travel agent. It saved my time to book their package. We did enjoy our trip in Vietnam!

Staff went above and beyond to help us. We stayed for 5 nights over 10 days between other trips. They kept our luggage in between.

Rooms were nice with good facilities (kettle, fridge etc).

We like our stay at the Sono hotel. Bed is very comfortable. I really like their soft bed. All the staff were attentive and helpful. They recommended for us many restaurants, cafes and they also helped us to book a trip to Tam Coc. I enjoyed the different caves and bamboo boat ride. Should try!

It's a small hotel in the old quarter. Perfect location and cheap. Nice breakfast. Staff were respectful and kind. They booked the train to Da Nang or us. Amazing service.

Perfectly positioned for walking in the old quarter. Staff are friendly and kind. I like chatting with them. I returned after the trip to Halong bay, Sapa & stayed with them for 3 times. Their arrangement for tours was very good. The scenery of Ha long bay and Sapa are amazing!

A budget hotel but great hospitality. Staff are always ready to help. We took their advice for the tour to lan ha bay and sapa. Both of the trips were very well organized. Awesome experience.

Staff are so nice. Also the breakfast is very good, had decent veggie options as well.

Area is good for getting around Hanoi.
