Pros:

Geräumig und gute Lage

Cons:

Sauberkeit, flackerndes Licht was nicht behoben wurde sodass wir nachts die Sicherung rausdrehen mussten um schlafen zu können.

The location

Cons:

We did not like the place. We thought it was a hotel as I filtered hotels only.

Check in was through a cellar at the ground floor. The receptionist was nice though and met us around 9pm.

Bed has stains. Its not comfy.

Bath towels had so much stains we did not even used it, we used it as toilet mats as there was also none provided.

The place is smelly. I think its the kitchen.

The included breakfast was a 2min walk from the building into another building. We are not aware of that.

We've just came from a 4day hotel stay in Sapa and our stay here was definitely not worth the price.

Comfortable stay value for money.
Pros:

Great location a few minutes from Circle K and Winmart. The staff are very friendly and professional, specially Cuong.
The rooms are equipped with all the required amenities.
Definitely value for money.

Cons:

It’s on the main street so the traffic noise could be an issue on lower floors.

Made to feel very welcome, enjoyable stay.
Pros:

The guy working reception - Dan - was fantastic, he was helpful booking travel and taxis. He offered us breakfast and a Christmas Eve dinner party also which went above and beyond what we expected.

Cons:

There were ants in the room and the road could be quite loud at times.

Good Experience for Family Trip
Pros:

Clean studio room, good vibes, helpful apartment manager Cris Om, makes my full experience great! Location is good, close to foods and restaurant, circle K is nearby, easy to get a ride everywhere around the city.

Amazing 🤩
Pros:

The host, Chris, treated us very well and helped us with anything we needed. He went out his way to make our stay as best as possible. The place looks exactly like in the photos, and was very clean. We definitely recommend.

Good service, cozy rooms. The view from the high floor overlooking West Lake is very beautiful. A great experience worth trying. The staff here are very happy and friendly, always supporting visitors wholeheartedly. GREAT

Great location, amazing staff!
Pros:

Great location on To Ngoc Van. The room was clean and the staff were amazing. Paul on reception was incredibly helpful and Ms. Tuyet the maid was so sweet and friendly!

We stayed for three days, and everything was great. Delicious, varied breakfasts, daily cleaning, the room matched the description, had everything you need for a stay, even a small kitchen. Thank you for your hospitality!
