Pros:

The spacious clean room, comfortable bed and hot shower. It is close to the train station and thus, the famous train street. There were always 2 bottles of drinking water placed in the room everyday, which was very helpful. Functioning washing machine was also very nice as I was able to wash my clothes. The staff were all very helpful.

Cons:

The first room I was given had this smell that gave me a headache. I am assuming that the smell was a mix of cigarette smoke smell and room fragrance, despite it was a non-smoking room. The hotel was very kind to replace me in another vacant room.

הגענו בטעות לסניף אחר שלהם ולמרות שזה היה רק 8 דקות הליכה משם הם הזמינו לנו מונית על חשבונם. בנוסף שמרו לנו על התיקים ביום האחרון עד הטיסה שלנו.

The location is perfect and the staff was really helpful to collect us from the airport and organice any transport we had to get. The apartments were huge, comfy and super clean

Pros:

Hot water in abundance. Small but comfy and with quality and organized

Cons:

As every place in Vietname, corners and small places more hidden are not well cleaned. And in a small room like this, we get more in touch with them. AC is very good but the air hits directly in bed. It gets uncomfortable, even changing the fan direction

Pros:

Wir bekamen einen Upgrade für das gebuchte Zimmer in ein großes Apartment. Allerdings kommt durch das Fenster in den unteren Stockwerken kein Tageslicht, da es einen Ausblick in einem engen Schacht bietet.
Täglicher Zimmerservice, Bett bequem. Heißes Wasser, guter Wasserdruck.
Lage sehr gut, die meisten Sehenswürdigkeiten zu Fuß ins ca. 20 min zu erreichen, Train Street sogar in 5 min.

TRès bon séjour dans un petit hôtel bien placé dans le vieille ville.
Pros:

La proximité avec le logement de notre fille. La gentillesse du personnel et le prix plus que convenable.

Cons:

Les chambres sur la rue sont un peu bruyantes, il faudrait du double vitrage.

洗濯機をあてにしてたけど、3部屋予約して１部屋だけ使えた。予約時に、前回3部屋予約して１部屋だけしか使えないと伝えたら、チェックしときますと回答。しかし、チェックインしてみると、また使えない。何をチェックしたんだ？
