The value for money isn’t great😅
Pros:

객실과 화장실은 전반적으로 깨끗하게 관리되고 있었어요. 시설이 오래되어 조금 낡은 느낌은 있지만 청소 상태는 괜찮았습니다.

수영장은 조금 아쉬웠어요. 특히 아동용 풀장 안에서 담배꽁초가 발견돼서 당황스러웠습니다. 수영장 자체는 크지 않지만 물이 꽤 깊어서 성인들이 놀기에는 괜찮았어요. 수영장으로 가는 안내 표시가 잘 되어 있지 않아 처음에는 찾기도 조금 어려웠습니다.

조식은 제공되지 않았지만 근처에 맛있는 쌀국수집이 있어서 포장해서 먹었어요. 위치가 시내 중심과 가까워서 주변을 돌아다니기에는 편리했습니다.

직원분들은 응대에 조금 차이가 있었어요. 경비 아저씨와 청소해주시는 분들은 친절해서 좋았습니다. 반면 안내 데스크에 계신 분 중 한 분은 질문을 할 때 귀찮아하는 듯한 느낌을 받아서 뭔가 물어보기가 조금 눈치 보였어요.

객실이 깨끗하고 위치가 좋았던 점, 그리고 체크아웃 후에도 짐을 맡길 수 있다는 점은 만족스러웠습니다. 이런 부분만 생각하면 다음에도 머물 수 있을 것 같지만, 전체적으로 가격 대비 특별히 가성비가 좋은 호텔이라는 생각은 들지 않아서 개인적으로는 재방문하지 않을 것 같습니다.

Cons:

조식이 제공되지 않는 호텔이라는 걸 알고 일부러 선택했지만, 막상 지내보니 매일 아침 밖에 나가서 음식을 사 먹는 게 생각보다 꽤 귀찮았어요.

수영장 관리가 조금 더 깨끗하게 이루어졌으면 좋겠고, 수영장으로 가는 길에 안내 표시도 있었으면 좋겠습니다. 처음 이용하는 사람은 수영장을 찾기가 조금 어려웠어요.

그리고 1층에서 오전 시간에 안내를 담당하시는 여자 직원분께서 조금만 더 친절하게 응대해 주셨으면 좋겠다는 아쉬움이 있었습니다. 투숙객이 편안하게 문의할 수 있도록 조금 더 따뜻하게 응대해 주신다면 더욱 만족스러운 숙박이 될 것 같아요.

Не думаю что это подходит для длительного пребывания , максимум на 3-5 дней
Pros:

Я останавливалась в отеле на 11 ночей. Расположение очень удобное, можно практически не пользоваться Такси. У меня был 12 этаж и угловой номер, что давало возможность наслаждаться панорамой на город , море и горы.
Уборка ежедневная.

Cons:

В номере чистенько, но очень сильная слышимость между номерами. В соседнем номере были дети которые начинали свои развлекательные игры начиная с 10 вечера и не могли угомониться до 12 ночи, а так же слышно все что происходит за дверью : как приезжает лифт , как горничные ходят по номерам и убирают их. Отдельно хочу сказать что в отеле нет нормальных завтраков. Они рассчитаны только на Азиатов, было бы неплохо ввести в меню европейские завтраки. в номере нет сейфа.

Pros:

Phòng sạch sẽ, lễ tên, dọn phòng thân thiện vui vẻ. Phòng ở trung tâm hơi xa biển nhưng đổi lại xung quanh có chợ và nhiều quá ăn.

Tæt på det lokaler market.

Cons:

Personalet med falske beskyldninger samt uprofessionelle håndteringer af booking. Vi booker 4 værelser og fik et dårligt oplevelse. Inge. Rene lagner eller rengøring af værelset selv om vi boede der 2 nætter og 3 dage.

Pros:

Жили в комнате 1006 обалденно можно провести время на балконе с прекрасным видом. Расположение отеля удачное, за исключением рынка рядом😁. Вот там бывает прям шумно. Девочки персонал тоже молодцы, стараются.

Cons:

Плохо убирают. Но думаю это проблема начальства, купите хорошие пылесосы. Потому что невозможно просто вымыть песок.

Pros:

Gold Coast hotel is a wonderful hotel with great rooms and staff. We stayed in diffeeent rooms and they were all excellent. We returned for a second stay as well. Location is great short walk to the beach. Just around the corner from a mall and near local markets where you can buy goods or experience that. Could not fault the hotel in any way. Thankyou for a lovely stay.
