Hotel is ridiculously great value for money, based on comfort and location.
Pros:

Location is fantastic overlooking lake and a short walk into town. Room is big and shower is very good. Breakfast is good although only served to 9am, but the staff still served us at 9:30 on our first morning.

Cons:

No coffee or tea facilities in room.

Hotel położony centralnie, blisko do restauracji, sklepów, biur podróży- skąd można kupić bilety na dalszą podróż.
Hotel oferuje dość smaczne śniadania w cenie pobytu. Na miejscu można wykupić wycieczkę/ rejs statkiem po zatoce Lan Ha.

Cons:

Lata świetności to miejsce ma już za sobą, zero wentylacji w pokoju - po 1 dniu pobytu po oknach dosłownie spływała woda, taka wilgoć była w pokoju ( a byliśmy w okresie zimowym!).
Stan łazienki, a zwłaszcza kabiny prysznicowej pozostawał wiele do życzenia - zagrzybione fugi :(
W hotelu nie było ogrzewania, jedynie klimatyzator, który nie grzeje. Na śniadaniu siedzieliśmy w kurtkach - było 14-15C
Brak room service, kosz na śmieci nie był opróżniany, ręczniki nie wymienione ani razu - spaliśmy tam 3 noce

Pros:

The lady who's name I didn't catch who was mostly on reception is absolutely lovely. So friendly & helpful with anything I needed. Breakfast was basic but cooked well. Room was large with a huge window so that was nice. Unfortunately I found the bed quite hard but the pillows were good. Cat ba Island is going through a reconstruction phase which is going to generate employment for the locals & tidy up the Island so you can't complain. There are quite a few attractions just a short taxi journey away & I especially loved Cat Ba National Park. Lots of boat trips available to Halong & Bai Tu Long Bay. Beach 4 is in walking distance & the other beaches close by.

Pros:

The location was away from the construction but still walkable to the main streets where there are tonnes of restaurants, massage places, food marts, tour companies, etc. There are restaurants also next door and all the way to the main street.

Cons:

The internet was intermittent while we were on the 4th floor, but on the 5th floor, the internet was great!

Mặc dù khách sạn này tiêu chuẩn 3 sao, nhưng dịch vụ tại đây trên cả 5 sao, vào mùa này khách sạn khá là đông khách, nhưng họ luôn đáp ứng mọi dịch vụ trên cả tuyệt vời, tôi đặt mọi dịch vụ tại khách sạn này và trãi nghiệm rất tuyệt vời cho kỳ nghỉ hè này . chắc chắn rằng năm sau tôi sẽ quay lại khách sạn nếu có dự định đi cát bà
