Service, hospitality, food and decor were all excellent. The only improvement would have been TV reception. Otherwise a lovely place to stay. Thanks to all the staff for being so helpful & the banana bread was the best we’ve ever tasted.

Very nice room, clean and quiet. Is a hotel and café so a bit hard to know whom is in charge for the hotel. All contacts is by mail/WhatsApp. Everything works but feels a bit unpersonal. I can still recommend it.

여행자거리 등 관광지들과 비교적 멀지 않은 것은 장점입니다. 주위에 먹을 곳 꽤 많고, Coop 마트 가깝습니다. 방이 겉으로는 깨끗해 보이나 개미가 나오고 청소 상태가 조금 그래요. 프런트는 채팅으로만 연락했습니다. 가격에 비해서는 다소 실망스럽습니다.

We stayed at Christinas for a few days. We have completely lost the trust in Travelers' Choice of Tripadvisor. We may have moved, if the reservation was cancellable. The overall experience had more drawbacks than positives. While Christinas is reasonably priced in itself, it tends to lean towards the expensive side within Ho Chi Minh City. We will not go back next time we visit HCM.

Pros:
- Located in Quan 1, not too far from major sites. Bui Vien is within 10 minutes (walk), Ben thanh market is about 20 minutes. Most touristy locations are within 30 minutes by bus or to walk.
- Room was overall okay. Kichen was convenient. Dishes, cutlery, and detergent were provided. Cans of coke was in the fridge at charge.
- Coop mart is close, about 5-10 minutes. Many local stuffs can be bought. Price at the Coop is not too bad.

Cons:
- We encountered persistent ant infestations throughout our stay, as evidenced by the attached photo. In an effort to mitigate the issue, we refrained from eating within the room. Ants were observed originating from a hole in the bathroom. It remains uncertain whether the hotel has taken any measures to address this problem.
- The overall cleanliness fell short of expectations. Areas not immediately visible were neglected in the cleaning process, including the back of the TV, kitchen dishes, faucet, and inside the fridge. Bathrobes had stains.
- We needed more amenities like towels. Requests for these items were limited to morning hours, and contacting the front desk directly was not an option—we were instructed to use only the chat service. While the responses were relatively prompt, the communication method proved a bit inconvenient. We thought that the hotel is a side operation of the owners. Room was cleaned only at every other day.

I’ll Keep it simple, this hidden property was definitely what we were looking for as a getaway place. We didn’t want TOO FANCY but modern enough with a home feel. This nailed it. Staff were great! Cleaning was exceptional! When we go back to Ho Chi Minh, we will stay here again!

We stayed here for two nights of our 5 week journey throughout SE Asia. The room was clean and the staff was very friendly and accommodating. It was a total plus to have the cafe right there to grab breakfast in the morning and a beer in the afternoon. We really enjoyed our balcony too. - Affordable accommodation was a plus! Location was central to sightseeing and the spas on the same street were A+. Definitely would stay here again

Fantastic stay! Host was welcoming and communicative. I really had a great trip in Ho Chi Minh, and that’s mostly thanks to my accommodation here. Id highly recommend Christina’s place if you’d like to explore the city. Its in a great location, plus there’s an authentic vegetarian restaurant below it that is not to be missed!

Stay here. Absolutely do it. I never wanted to leave to be honest. Clean, comfortable room with great air con. Great TV, good bath towels, shampoo, etc. Brilliant shower. The host was friendly, kept up to date with us to make sure we were OK. The location is amazing, walking distance to everything, and the cafe downstairs is a delight (oh my goodness... the banana bread) Yeah, perfect stay, really sad to leave.

We will absolutely be back first chance we get.

Went on a solo trip to HCMC and booked Christina’s and it was a hidden gem! The room was extremely spacious, clean and had everything you’d need. place was accessible to many different places and the cafe at the ground floor was a positive benefit to the liveliness of the area! would 100% book this location again when visiting HCMC!

We trusted TripAdvisor ranking so much to try this as a budget option on the top 10. Somehow, everything was just normal with some bumps along the way. The room was not as spacious as we thought, it was also in a busy alley which made me feel insecure at night, especially when the motorbike kept roaming, running at 100mph, one almost hit us. Terrified experience, we could be handicap while enjoying our weekend.

Had a great stay, was exactly what we were hoping for, a place of quiet and rest amongst one of the busiest parts of Saigon, a great place to call home. The staff and hosts were extremely accommodating and we felt at ease whenever we stepped through the door
