Great location
Its location is amazing. The room was very spacious. Especially, I liked the balcony with a lovely city view. It is well-equipped with basic amenities.
One of the staffs cannot speak English at all and he was not that kind. When I arrived there, I asked him to change my 500,000 VND banknote to smaller ones so that I could pay the taxi. He refused it even though I explained that I stay there. The other thing is that I saw quite many tiny ants in my room.
A basic hotel but very clean, large room. Location excellent, close to the centre of the city & market area plenty of restaurants and shops close by.

The city is amazing, and the hotel’s location is incredibly convenient, close to everything. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. The staff went above and beyond to assist me at the last minute with my transfer, which was especially helpful since the airport is quite far from the city.
It was a bit noisy at night with doors opening and closing, but overall, it was still a great experience for the price.
I was worried after reading negative reviews but our room was large and spotlessly clean. We had no hidden costs and the staff were all lovely. It's central location but noisy as we were at front with balcony onto the road.

Staff were brill although the language was sometimes lost in translation; my Vietnamese is limited to beer and food (thank god for smartphones).
