Pros:

This property is very well keep. The apartment is spacious, clean, and well appointed. The complex itself is very safe and quiet. Everything is within walking distance. Convenient to stores and some great restaurants. Our host, Jimmy, was very pleasant, responsive and easy to communicate with. Would stay here again.

Pros:

Supper clean apartment in a highend compound . This is serviced apartment type or hotel apart with extra invironmont : sakura park along the river , great garden with waterfall . water palayer for kids in the afternoon . But not suitable for people lazy to walk cause they are to large for just Bed and Breakfast .

Pros:

We booked the most expensive room and it was false advertising. They did not have this room with the panoramic view. They instead gave us two 2bedroom rooms to make up for it. The day after they moved us to a small 3 bedroom that does not look anything like the pictures we booked. They did not offer a refund. The square feet on the booking was also wrong.
