Good room with your money
Everything you need is around the area .
This was an okay hotel. The young man at the front desk was very nice and helpful and spoke almost flawless English. However the bed was very hard, laundry was rather expensive and they didn’t separate the whites from the colours, they didn’t clean my room everyday even though it says daily housekeeping, and it was a little out of the way. I actually checked out nine days early and stayed somewhere else. Overall a decent hotel for a few nights.

I very happy with everything
This rating is based price/value. Get he balcony room. The street noise is a bit loud for a few hours here and there, but it's standard city buzz. Some nice walkable food options, but anything touristy or fancy is a short taxi away.
Staff were friendly and helpful. It was noisy at the street level, but it was quiet inside the hotel.

Hotel was fine, but customer services should be improved. I think the hotel is family owned and the owner wasn't too happy.
We booked a room with a bathtub and the bath didn’t work. And this was the only reason we opted for early check in. I asked for a new room because it was obvious the bathtub wouldn’t work but the female manager didn’t want to help us. Instead she demanded we pay the full night stay for the previous night because we checked in at 6am. I told her we are not paying for anything extra especially since we paid extra for a room with a bath tub. Eventually they gave us a new room but it was so much unnecessary havoc. Then before check out she made my husband take a photo of her to write a google review. They kept offering us free drinks and water to make up for what happened but it was just a bit annoying.
Regardless the room was clean, they had a moped for hire, and we got new towels everyday. If you’re looking for a back room in hcmc then this is great.
Entrance to the hotel lobby is down the parkade ramp to the basement, then elevator to the 11th floor lobby. Staff was friendly but spoke very limited English.
Room was cool, clean and tidy. Bed wasn’t the most comfortable but was adequate.

Average hotel where they offered meals at much higher price for a bowl of soup, but we took it to save time. Good friendly staff.
Security is good
Its a nice centrally located in Dist. 3. Walkable to downtown venues. Surrounded by various eateries of both restaurants and street foods which Vietnam is known for. Staff was extremely helpful. If you need anything, all you do is ask. They will give you the support needed. Will return to this location again.
