Large room, quiet, easy to find, great location, pool and sauna on site
Shower floods whole bathroom.
The locations and the pool were great.
Rooms 204 and 207 had no windows. Sometimes a bad smell comes from the kitchen inside.
Also, the pipe of the shower got clogged.
On the last day, when the staff cleaned up the room, toilet paper was not refurnished.
Unser Zimmer und Bad hat dauerhaft nach Abfluss gerochen, man konnte kaum schlafen. Des Weiteren sah unser Bad dreckig aus und war kaputt.

it was very clean and very nice. rooms got serviced which was fab and meant we had fresh towels. our room didnt have a window though.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. They handled our late-night check-in, room change, and luggage storage with great patience and tried their best to offer solutions from the guest’s perspective.
There was no ramp at the entrance, making it inconvenient for guests with luggage or mobility issues.
Room 2 on the ground floor had a hidden side entrance behind the curtain. If doors or windows were left unlocked, people from outside—such as those smoking or using the toilet—could freely enter the room, which was unacceptable. After reporting this, we were moved to a room on the 4th floor.
The ground floor room had a glass panel in the door that let in hallway light, and a loose metal strip on the floor that posed a risk of injury. Both ground and fourth-floor rooms had poor sound insulation; hallway noise was clearly audible, and light leaked through the door gap. Not suitable for light sleepers.
The bathroom’s wet/dry separation was ineffective, and water leaked through the shower door.
The hotel is located near a school, so traffic congestion is common. The rooftop pool is very small, and the sauna had a strong fecal odor, making it unusable.
