In a tiny ally
Nhân viên lễ tân quá tệ, ứng xử vô cùng kém. Gia giường không phải ga mới thay, có thể ga cũ của khách dùng trước nhân viên buồng phòng chỉ phủi và trải lại vì vẫn thấy vết bẩn và vết máu nhỏ trên gối
So, this was a last min booking for me which was a big mistake. I checked in in the night so no one at the reception only security guard. This place looks nothing like the photos, how do I know- cause I saw 3 rooms. The first room given to me was dirty. Bed was full of hair, felt like someone slept on it and housekeeping dint change the sheets, I requested for another room, again the bed was dirty. Security made me speak on the hotline no, where a very RUDE lady spoke to me and said we changed your room now what is your problem. Their solution was to put me from one dirty room to another and I must accept it. Not just that, this lady cut the call while I was talking. Luckily a young lady who was a guest in the hotel requested the security guard to take me to another room, this one was not the cleanest but surely cleaner than the 2 rooms I saw. Housekeeping walked in my room in the morning while I was sleeping. The shower in the toilet dint work well.
Very bad property. Rude people. I felt stuck here as a solo traveller. Stay away fro. This property unless u dont mind what it offers.
The bed was comfy and there's a microwave oven and hair dryer. :)
I felt scared for some reason like anyone can enter my room because they know the code. Quite far from the downtown.
For the first time, the room smells weird. And when I stay on the first floor, I hear all the elevator and doors opening and closing. For the second time, the room is too cold in the winter. There is no heater. For the third time, the staff is too slow to respond. The staff is not always on duty, and the security guard is always not able to speak any English. And for the last time, if you want to leave your bag, you ask for money. I told them that if you give 200,000 units to the security guard, they'll keep your bag in a safe place. I think this is nonsense in common sense. I think it's the worst in terms of quality of service and in many ways for the price. There are many other options, so I think it's better to avoid this.
מתחם הדירות קרוב לבית חב״ד, יש המון סופרים בסביבה.
הצוות לא דובר אנגלית, קשה לתקשר איתם. אין מענה 24/7 וגם לא תמיד בשעות היום. כשהגענו האישה בצ׳ק אין ניסתה לרמות אותנו עם העודף. אחרי שהתווכחנו איתה היא החזירה את מה שצריך.
בנוסף הדירה היתה מלוכלכת, ריח לא טוב, היו נמלים, לא היו מים חמים ואין ניקיון במהלך השהות.
