Cons:

Cách âm kém và phòng chưa đủ wow với 4*, hôm đi thì đường phía trước đang sửa việc ra vô rất khó và dơ.

Perfect Location & Amazing Staff
Pros:

We have stayed in Hanoi multiple times, and this is by far our favourite accommodation. The hotel is central located with so many amenities at its doorstep. In addition, the staff were welcoming, and incredibly helpful. A special thanks to Danny, who went above and beyond to make our stay even more enjoyable.

Αξέχαστη εμπειρία στο old quarter
Pros:

Μας έκαναν αναβάθμιση το δωμάτιο με το που φτάσαμε και ήταν υπέροχο! Ηταν πραγματικά πεντακάθαρα! Ερχοταν κάθε μέρα να καθαρίσουν κτλ. Μας έδιναν κάθε μέρα απο 1 δωρεάν μπουκάλι με νερό και ανανέωσαν, στιγμιαίους καφέδες κτλ. Η Mey στη ρεσεψιόν ήταν πρόθυμη να μας εξυπηρετήσει με κάθε απορία μας! Είναι πραγματικά στο old quarter και δίπλα στους δρόμους με τα μαγαζιά που μπορείς να απολαύσεις πιτα, φαγητά, καφέδες. Ευχαριστούμε για όλα! Κανένα βράδυ δεν μας ενόχλησε ο ήχος που διάβαζα στα σχόλια.

Cons:

Δεν είναι ακριβώς αρνητικό, το περίμενα. Αλλά δε είχα επιλογές gluten-free που ζήτησα, λογω δυσανεξίας, όποτε κάθε πρωί ετρωγα ρύζι, πατάτες και αυγό. Οι άλλοι μπορεί να μην καταλαβαίνουν αλλά οταν βασίζεσαι στο πρωινό για να βγάλεις την μέρα κάπως σε κανει να απογοητευεσαι. Για κάποιον που δεν είχε κάποιο θέμα δυσανεξίας ειχε περισσότερες επιλογές. Όπως και να έχει και πάλι ευχαριστώ για την προσπάθεια.

Comfortable, friendly staff, and great location
Pros:

Casa dos staff were super friendly and accommodating, location was in the heart of Hanoi Old Quarter and was walking distance away, facilities were clean and comfortable, would stay here again!
