The room was spacious, room service was excellent, and the location was great. You’ll find plenty of amazing Vietnamese restaurants nearby, with great value for money.

Sauberes Hotel mit freundlichem Personal
Pros:

The location is central, in the Old Town and within walking distance of Hoan Kiem Lake. The staff were very friendly and helpful, assisting us in booking a car for a day trip. Special thanks to Lynn and Mey. The airport shuttle service was also reliable and good. We even received a room upgrade—many thanks for that.

Ci siamo trovati veramente bene. Lo staff è molto professionale e gentile, in modo particolare Lyn che ci ha fornito tutte le informazioni necessarie ed è stata disponibile per ogni necessità. Ci hanno, inoltre, permesso di fare una doccia in un bagno di servizio prima della nostra partenza serale. La colazione è abbastanza varia e permette a tutti di trovare qualcosa di proprio gusto (preparano le uova al momento)

Cons:

I cuochi devono fare più attenzione alle allergie degli ospiti, nonostante fosse stato comunicato al personale e indicato anche per iscritto sull’elenco degli ospiti che avrebbero fatto colazione quella mattina, lo chef non ha tenuto in considerazione l’allergia indicata. Il piatto sbagliato è stato rifatto senza alcun problema, il tutto è stato gestito con professionalità
