It is a great place to stay, the hotel staff is nice and think with you. They have a lot of connections to help you out with your stay in Hanoi. Through them we got in contact to a day trip to Ninh Binh & a day to Halong bay. Without the recommendation we would need to plan these trips ourself and this was a nice way to relieve us from planning.
The location in Old Quarter is also great everything is walkable distance.
I can highly recommend this property. The location is amazing, and you can reach everything within walking distance. As soon as you step outside the hotel you’re in the middle of Hanoi’s vibrant buzz, yet the hotel itself is very quiet and perfect for resting. The breakfast is good, but the best part of the hotel is the staff. Everyone made our stay very enjoyable and comfortable. Lyn was especially helpful—she not only made sure we were well taken care of, but also gave us excellent recommendations for our visit. We will definitely stay here again the next time we visit Vietnam.

The staff are most welcoming and responsive to all our needs. Special mention must be made of MEY at reception and her assistant NGOC who went out of their way to render services.

Super zentrale Lage in der Altstadt! Viele Bars, Restaurants und Shops in unmittelbarer Nähe. Das Zimmer ist sehr geräumig und die Betten sehr bequem! Das Personal super freundlich und hilfsbereit! Das Hotel wirkt sehr hochwertig und hat ein tolles Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis. Frühstück ist klein aber ausreichend.
Prinzipiell ist der Straßenlärm im 8. Stock kaum zu hören, allerdings ist es am Wochenende auch im 8. Stock laut von den umgebenden Bars und Restaurants aber das Hotel stellt Ohropax im Zimmer zur Verfügung.
We really loved the customer service at Casa Dos. Danny, Lin and Mei were very helpful and attentive to all our needs and responsive to requests. The rooms are comfortable and clean and larger than most available in the Old Quarter so offers grea value. The hotel is well located near many eating spots and restaurants. We will definitely stay here again if we are back for a Hanoi visit!

Loved the customer service. It was 5 star attention from the day one when we arrived for an overnighter before leaving for Sapa to our return when we stayed for a bit longer. Daniel, Lin and Mei worked out all the kinks with our multiple room bookings and ensured a smooth and enjoyable stay. Highly recommend this hotel for amazing customer service and an unbeatable location and great value.

On Saturday we could hear loud music till late night coming from some party nearby. Probably because hotel is located close to popular spots
Sehr zentral gelegen, schöne und saubere Zimmer. Absolut toller Kundenservice, jede Anfrage wurde umgehend beantwortet und umgesetzt. Besonderer Dank gilt Danny von der Rezeption! Unser Koffer ist leider nicht in Hanoi angekommen, Danny hat sich dankenswerterweise darum gekümmert und wir konnten ihn bei der Rezeption abholen. Außergewöhnliches Personal :)
