Khá hài lòng với khách sạn, phòng đẹp, dọn dẹp sạch sẽ, hương thơm nhẹ nhàng, địa điểm thuận tiện dễ dàng di chuyển.
Phục vụ chu đáo, giá cả hợp lý. Sẽ quay lại vào lần tới nếu có dịp.

Good for short terms stays.
Pros:

Good Value for Money when its Busy time in Sapa. Receptionist is nice but very serious personality. reasonably clean and comfortable.

Cons:

Its Okay for the price we paid. no Lift therefore we couldnt move to our preferred Room and decided to stay on ground level for convenience.

Fairly good stay. Had a 3am check in which went smoothly however upon arrival it looked like someone had taken a shower in our room that night as the floor was went and shampoo half used ...

Room suffered from feeling damp and abit damp all the time. Air-conditioning worked but not on hot setting. Ended up drying alot of our stuff with hairdryers. Bathroom didn't dry in the 3 days we were there even with fan on. Windows also didn't close fully.

Comodo y limpio

Cons:

Casi imposible comunicarse con el personal, tampoco ponia de si parte. Hicimos la colada y nos la dejaron rota y sucia, ademas era carísima. Ponian que existia posibilidad de buen desayuno y luego nos encontramos con que no habia. La ubicacion bastante mala.
