Viene venduto come un cinque stelle, quando è un due stelle scadente con i letti sfondati ricoperti da un piumino per tentare di sistemare la situazione, una colazione scarsa che si deve scegliere il giorno prima e che viene servita su minuscoli tavolini a bordo di una piscina sporca sormontata da lampadari che non sono mai stati puliti, un mobilio che anche l’Ikea si vergognerebbe a vendere, tenuto insieme con il nastro adesivo. La metratura delle camere non corrisponde per nulla a quanto dichiarato su booking. Se fosse stato venduto come due stelle, forse avrebbe avuto senso.

This was the best hotel we stayed at in Vietnam. Everything was spotless, the breakfast was always fresh and delicious, and the overall design felt very modern. It’s located in a quiet neighborhood, but still within easy walking distance to the city center. Highly recommended!

El personal era SUPER atento. El desayuno aunque no habia muchas opciones la calidad era un 10. Los mejores pancakes que me he comido en toda mi vida.

L emplacement au calme à 10 mns à pied du centre, chambre moderne et nickel, jolie décoration, très bon petit déjeuner et l accueil toujours souriant du staff. Petit hôtel de 6 chambres

Een werkelijk perfect verblijf waar alles tot in de puntjes klopt en je je thuis voelt.
Pros:

Deze plek was in één woord: perfect. Eerlijk gezegd heb ik nog nooit zoiets meegemaakt. Vanaf het moment dat je binnenkomt voel je je meteen welkom door de ongelooflijk lieve en behulpzame dames die dit hotel runnen. Hun gastvrijheid tilt de hele ervaring naar een niveau dat je zelden tegenkomt.

Het hotel zelf is prachtig: stijlvol, schoon en tot in de puntjes verzorgd. De kamers zijn ruim, modern ingericht en van alle gemakken voorzien. De airco werkt perfect (echt een luxe in Vietnam), er is een smart TV waarop je eenvoudig je eigen content kunt casten, en de badkamer is fris, modern en brandschoon. Alles klopt gewoon.

Maar dan het ontbijt… dat verdient eigenlijk een aparte vermelding. Ik heb tijdens mijn reis door Vietnam op heel veel plekken Banh Mi gegeten, en zonder twijfel: dit was de allerbeste. Echt ongeëvenaard. Het ontbijt in het algemeen is van uitzonderlijke kwaliteit en duidelijk met zorg en liefde bereid. Alleen daarvoor zou je al terugkomen.

Wat deze plek extra bijzonder maakt, is hoe goed alles geregeld wordt. De dames denken met je mee, helpen je met alles wat je nodig hebt en zorgen dat alles soepel verloopt. Of het nu gaat om het regelen van een taxi naar het vliegveld of het laten doen van je was – alles wordt snel en perfect voor je geregeld.

Dit is niet zomaar een hotel, dit is een plek waar echt over alles is nagedacht. Als je hier verblijft, weet je zeker dat je een geweldige ervaring hebt. Een absolute 10/10 en zonder twijfel de beste plek waar ik tijdens mijn reis heb verbleven. Als ik weer eens naar Vietnam ga, kom ik hier zeker terug!

Cons:

Kleine puntjes die voor sommigen misschien goed zijn om te weten (maar voor mij absoluut geen afbreuk deden aan de ervaring): als je een echte uitslaper bent, kan het zijn dat je ’s ochtends gewekt wordt door een haan in de buurt. Ik vond het zelf juist wel charmant en het hoort een beetje bij de lokale sfeer, maar het is goed om te weten.

Daarnaast ligt het bed comfortabel, al kun je soms een beetje de veren voelen. Zodra je een fijne houding hebt gevonden, slaap je echter heerlijk en word je gewoon goed uitgerust wakker.
