The experience was great from start to finish. Nothing was a problem, the staff were spot on.
Pros:

The staff were wonderful, the food was also very good. They have a wonderful little underground bar which is a great spot for a quiet drink after a busy day. Carter went out of his way to help us enjoy our holiday, thank you.

Cons:

We were happy with everything, the bed was a little firm but that just comes down to personal preference. They cannot be expected to cater for all bed types.

J'ai passé un excellent moment au Le Chanvre Hanoi Hotel & Spa. L'emplacement est simplement parfait à seulement quelques minutes à pied du lac Hoàn Kiếm et au centre de l'animation du Vieux Quartier.
​Mention spéciale pour l'équipe, d'une gentillesse et d'un professionnalisme exemplaires du début à la fin. Les chambres sont d'une propreté irréprochable et très bien insonorisées malgré l'agitation de la ville. Le rooftop avec la piscine et le bar offre un vrai moment de calme en fin de journée.
​Une adresse incontournable que je recommande les yeux fermés !

Location is great (very central, in the middle of the old quarter). Staff is extremely helpful supportive and friendly, 10/10!!! The hotel has a unique style which one could or couldn’t appreciate. Yet rooms are undoubtedly spacious and clean - a rarity in Hanoi (and in Vietnam as a whole), especially for what they’re priced! We’re so happy we’re using this as a base for our trips in the north
