Hotel molt agradable, modern i amb molt bon disseny. Les instal·lacions estan molt ben cuidades. El personal és molt atent i amable, i l’esmorzar és bo i variat. L’habitació era molt àmplia, amb balcó, dutxa i banyera, i en general molt còmoda.
L’únic inconvenient és la ubicació, ja que està una mica lluny tant del centre històric com de la platja, així que normalment cal agafar un taxi per desplaçar-se. Tot i això, això també fa que sigui una zona molt tranquil·la.
Dieses Boutique-Hotel war eines der absoluten Highlights unserer Reise. Die ruhige Lage etwas außerhalb der Altstadt hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Mit den kostenlosen Fahrrädern, die das Hotel zur Verfügung stellt, war alles in wenigen Minuten bequem erreichbar. Die perfekte Kombination aus Erholung und guter Anbindung.
Das gesamte Hotel ist mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet und versprüht eine ganz besondere Atmosphäre. Besonders beeindruckt hat uns das außergewöhnlich aufmerksame und herzliche Personal. Jeder Wunsch wurde mit einem Lächeln erfüllt, sodass wir uns vom ersten Moment an willkommen und bestens aufgehoben gefühlt haben.
Auf unseren vielen Reisen haben wir schon in zahlreichen Hotels übernachtet. Dieses gehört definitiv zu den besten. Wir wären sehr gerne noch länger geblieben und würden jederzeit wiederkommen.
Staff were great, breakfast was awesome, welcome drinks were delicious, pool kept child entertained, free use of bikes, lovely massage, close to the markets
Room service food was abit of a let down for the price paid-ordered pizza which wasn't very nice and the icecream sundae was very small.
Aircon was one speed-high which was abit inconvenient in the early hours of the morning when it would get cold, but once turned off, the room would get hot again quickly.

Everything was excellent. The place or the ambience was cozy, intimate feels, the staff were so accomodating, the foods were great and the warm foods varies everyday.
We were fortunate because we were upgraded from 2 persons to 3 persons room, which is in the 7th floor. We got a nice view then.😊
It is recommended to use their pool at the roof top.
We also avail their coffee making with a fee. It was a great experience. We prepared 4 different coffee types.
A 10-12 minutes walk to Old town. It's walkable to everything if you dont mind the heat.
Highly recommended to stay in Hoi An. I/ we would definitely come back again.
The water sometimes suddenly disappears at the 7th floor, but it will be back again for a while.
