Pros:

Beautiful hotel located close to the main area. Room was spacious and comfortable. Breakfast was really tasty with lots of options. We also had dinner in the restaurant and the food was delicious. The rooftop pool was also gorgeous. You can also rent bikes for free if required. The staff are amazing and really helpful. Chloe was great when we were checking in and gave us loads of information on the hotel and activities. I would definitely recommend this beautiful hotel.

Pros:

Beautiful decor, boutique-like! Loved the interior decorating, inside spaces, loved our room and bathroom etc.
great breakfast buffet, and restaurant food. Location was a perfect bike ride away from old town. Just loved everything about our 7 night stay and would 100% book here again!

Pros:

Zeer luxe uitstraling van de kamer en badkamer! Uitstekende, behulpzame en zorgzame staff (vooral Anna, echt een topper!!!!). Ruim ontbijt. Zeer fijn zwembad met goede ligbedjes en handdoeken ter beschikking. Echt 10/10. Zeker een aanrader en we hopen nog eens terug te komen.

Bel hotel et piscine agréable

Cons:

Pas de climatisation dans l'hôtel, uniquement dans les chambres. Le petit déjeuner était moyen avec très peu de choix et surtout pas de clim dans la salle.
Salle de sport sans eau à disposition ni serviettes.

Pros:

Service war klasse. Unsere Kinder haben die kostenfreie Fussmassage sehr genossen und wir fanden das kostenfreie bereitstellen der Vorspeisen sehr lecker. Auf alle Wünsche wurde reagiert.

Cons:

Es liegt etwas außerhalb des Stadtzentrums weshalb wir für wenig Geld immer mit den Kindern gefahren sind.

Really nice hotel in Hoi An ☺️
Pros:

Lovely hotel in Hoi An! The staff were so kind especially Hanna and Giselle. Overall great value for money, the room was as described, views from the balcony were nice for sunset, the pool was great.

They gave us little extras we didn't expect because of our length of stay such as free transport to and from the hotel (Da Nang airport and another hotel in Da Nang), a free set menu at the restaurant and a short massage.

This feels like one of those hotels that will try and go the extra mile for their guests.

在峴港旅遊感受最好的一間飯店，服務人員英文很好，非常親切，知道我們是台灣人還會想試著用中文跟我們打招呼，還會教我們越南語打招呼的方式。
值得一提的是他們有免費接駁車，入住時可以預約回程的接駁車，真的是太棒了！
房間也很大很漂亮，館內有按摩可以預約，按摩完可以直接回房間休息，整趟旅程最美好的住宿體驗！

I had a good stay and would consider returning, especially thanks to the excellent service and thoughtful extras.

I stayed at this hotel for four nights and overall had a very positive experience.

The hotel is very clean, pleasant, and well maintained. The staff is exceptional — always friendly, helpful, and professional, which really made the stay comfortable.

The breakfast was excellent with a wide variety of options, and I especially appreciated the possibility to have breakfast on the terrace, which was a very nice touch.

The hotel also offers a spa area, which was enjoyable. I received a complimentary 10-minute foot massage, which I used and found to be very high quality — I would definitely recommend it. Another thoughtful gesture was a free lunch with local delicacies, which was a lovely surprise. The free airport transfer was also a great benefit, and I truly appreciate these extras.

The room itself was nice, with a good view, and housekeeping was done regularly, which I appreciated.

Cons:

However, there were a few issues regarding cleanliness in the bathroom, where I noticed quite a lot of hair. In addition, there was a recurring problem with the hot water in the shower — it often turned cold, and I could not figure out the reason.

As for the location, the hotel is not exactly in the very center, but this was not an issue. It is about a 20-minute walk to the center or a short taxi ride, so the location is still quite convenient and pleasant.

Absolute hidden gem in Hoi An. A highlight of our stay. The hotel is modern, with comfortable, large rooms. The complementary return transfer to the airport and foot massage were a nice touch. The staff was exceptional: hotel manager Mia was consistently attentive and proactive about checking in on guests. Sophia was always on hand whenever we needed anything. And the spa team — Moon, Tuyet, and Bella — were so good we came back for a second session. Don't skip the spa.There is also a nice, small pool on the rooftop to have a cocktail or a swim. Breakfast was also wonderful, with many options to choose from. I can truly recommend this hotel, and we'd love to be back.

Location was a bit outside of downtown, but an easy 15-20 min walk
