Fantastic from start to finish
Pros:

the staff, service was impeccable, the facilities were fantastic and we were made to feel extremely welcome from the moment we stepped in the door. All staff were fantastic however Vy (Sophia) was an outstanding host and supported us very well.

Красивый чистый отель!

Cons:

В холле и в ресторане не включали кондиционер при 38 градусах на улице, работал только вентилятор
Было очень душно (((
На мой вопрос почему этого не делают? На ресепшен ответила девушка, что они берегут экологию 😅
Для отеля такого уровня это неприемлемо!

Our 5-night stay at the Little Gem Hoi An Boutique Hotel & Spa was nothing short of incredible. Honestly, it is easily one of the best places I have ever stayed!
From the moment we arrived, the service was absolutely fantastic. Every single staff member went above and beyond, but I have to give an extra special mention to Sophia and Chloe. Their warmth, attentiveness, and genuine hospitality made our trip so incredibly memorable. They truly made us feel so welcome and cared for throughout our entire stay.
The highlights of our experience included:
The Food: Breakfast every morning was exceptional, offering an amazing variety of fresh, delicious options that set us up perfectly for the day.
The Rooms: Impeccably clean, beautifully designed, and deeply comfortable. It felt like a luxurious sanctuary to return to each day.
The Location: Tucked away in a wonderful, quiet location, it offered a peaceful retreat from the hustle and bustle while still being perfectly positioned to explore everything Hoi An has to offer.

The Little Gem was a real little gem in Hoi An
Pros:

Good location, close but not in town. The staff were great. The rooms were spacious, comfortable and nicely fitted, with double glazed windows to keep out the noice. The breakfast had a good selection of Viet and western food and all really nice.

Highly recommend - would love to stay again!
Pros:

Very clean with delightful and helpful staff. Excellent breakfast. Able to borrow bicycles and nice rooftop pool. As we stayed 4 nights we qualified for airport pick up and drop off in luxury car which was much appreciated and made the transfers very easy!

Really friendly staff, great location so quieter than being in town but you're able to walk or use the free bikes to cycle into the old town in a few minutes. Really brilliant breakfast.
