- Grande piscine a l'air agréable même si nous n'avons pas pu en profiter car il faisait mauvais.
- Vélos à disposition.

Cons:

- Le petit déjeuner est varié mais les jus sont industriels ainsi que les viennoiseries.
- Entretien des vélos plus que moyen; surveillez les freins
- Les vitres sont peu insonorisantes surtout quand tu es sur la route

Najlepszy hotel w jakim byliśmy w Wietnamie. Najbardziej zbliżony do hoteli europejskich. Bardzo smaczne i różnorodne jedzenie. Obsługa na najwyższym poziomie, co chwilę pytają się czy wszystko jest ok. Byliśmy w okresie Wietnamskiego Nowego Roku, na koniec podstawili nam własne auto żeby odwieźć nas na lotnisko. Zdecydowanie polecam

Pros:

Really comfortable rooms, nice pool area with great view. Great service (sometimes almost too friendly!).

Cons:

It's about a 20 minute walk to the old town area although there are bicycles. Breakfast wasn't great especially for vegetarian options.

The Little Gem Hoi An Hotel, a true pearl!
Pros:

The location was great; it was far enough from the concentrated noise and bustle of the Old Town, yet close enough to get there with a Grab taxi (or by bicycle, which the hotel supplies for free!).
The hotel amenities were perfect, King size bed, balcony, TV, bathroom with both bathtub and separate shower, etc.
The Staff were both friendly and helpful.
A great stay for anyone!

Cons:

We slept with the AC off and the balcony door open during the nights, unfortunately the neighborhood sounds began very early! The roosters crowing, the dogs barking, and the sound of the hotel's compressor unit coming to life all contributed to an early wake up in the morning.

Great Service
Pros:

Spacious and clean room, friendly customer service especially Ms Chloe who speaks English provides us very much useful info. About 1km away from the old town, we go out by grab and enjoy walking back from the old town after so much good food. Complimentary transport back to Danang town was offered and provided even though it was not included in our booking, appreciate it! Highly recommended if you visit Hoi An.

Very pleasant stay
Pros:

The property is in a good location. Walkable to the action in under 10 minutes but far enough from the noise to be peaceful and quiet. Its stars are considered justified for Hoi An standards. We were treated really well, with respect, which never happens whilst i’m staying as a high level elite member at Hilton, Marriott and IHG. With regard to staff behaviour, it was on the same level one would suspect from a more expensive 5* hotel outside of Asia. We were upgraded to a slightly bigger room at check-in and were brought back to our hotel in Da Nang in a luxury car for free. The breakfast is adequate and better than most branded hotels. We had dinner here twice and the food was tasteful and did not make us sick. Furthermore we were helped with luggage from arrival till departure and even when we arrived at our new hotel in Da Nang, it was their driver who helped us with the luggage, not the staff of the Hilton we were checking into where I am a Gold member. I would pick this hotel again when visiting Hoi An without question.

Cons:

There was a slight issue with water supply and pressure. The water would cut off during a shower for a minute or two and then come back. Same would happen at the sink and the tub. They did apologise for it and said they would fix it so i am looking forward to that the next time i decide to stay here.
