Stayed here twice on my trip. The first time I as great, no issues and smooth check in and out. The second time was terrible. We were given a room that had not been cleaned from the previous stay. The replacement room was the same! We had to check the remaining key cards by ourselves to find a clean room. The room we found.. the showerhead was falling off the wall because it's dislodged from it's attachment, very unsafe to shower.

Noisy street
The receptionist was clear and communicative from the moment I booked. Offered to send a car at an extra cost and gave me direct check-in instructions.
A liottle bit noisy because of the road
Excellent value for the money, great location, good food in the rooftop restaurant. All of the staff are very friendly and helpful. Miss Kim was extremely helpful to make sure my stay was perfect! I highly recommend this hotel.

Was comfortable, clean, and in a good location.
Very clean place. Very modern. Feels like a mini condo. View out of the window was virtually non existent but doesn't matter. Still get lots of natural lighting.
There's a chicken or cockatoo that will wake you up at 4am straight through till 8am or so though. And it's off the main road so you'll be hearing cars and bikes throughout the day. Normal if you're used to Vietnam city culture but could be jarring if you're expecting a quiet stay.
It's walkable to a few places but at the same time can be slightly awkward for taxis to come through due to side road's size and entrances.
There's a washer which is welcomed but no detergent of any kind. A bit odd considering the unit has almost everything else you'd need.
Over all it's a great place
A really nice place to stay about 35 mins (walk) to the centre of Ha Noi. The service was good throughout our stay, where the staff were welcoming and always checked if we needed anything else.

The staff all made us feel very welcome and gave us recommendations for the local area. Our favourite place we have stayed in Vietnam. Beautiful rooftop. Comfy bed and was quiet enough. It’s close enough to be walking distance to the lake ,feeling like you are in the hustle and bustle!

This was probably the best hotel experience I have had during my many solo travels in Asia. The staff, facilities, and amenities were top-notch. Me and my friend were with 2 small kids but they took care of us very well. They made our stay very pleasant ..

The building is new, the apartment is nice, modern and fully furnished. I like this decoration, both of living room and bedroom is bright because of big glass door.
I think its best place with that price.
Property was lovely, room was lovely, area around the property not so lovely. Road works right outside the hotel making around the hotel very very muddy. Hotel is just off a very busy road so it gets very noisy. There are dogs barking all around at all hours, there was multiple cockerels outside our bedroom window waking us up at 2am and 5am every morning for a week, so no sleep was had. The walls are paper thin and we had a family next to us that insisted on keeping the front door open while their screaming child was awake all night. Other than all that above, there are some restaurants within a 10 minute walk but you have to get a cab into the city as it’s over an hour walk. Towels provided in the room are tiny, not proper bath towels and there aren’t any proper kitchen equipment. No washing powder provided even though there’s a washing machine in every room, nothing to dry your plates after they’ve been washed, cutlery wise - the two of us had 2 forks, 1 spoon and 1 knife between us to eat dinner with some nights (taking turns who used the knife)
Would stay closer in the city next time, or request a higher floor to try and get some sleep away from the animals.

The property was nicely appointed, with excellent facilities. It was near a busy road and a bit noisy, with a Cockerell waking you at 5am
The property is new construction, and the reception area is not yet complete. Near the West Lake, it is a 10 minute walk to coffee shops and restaurants, yoga studios, and small shops. Hanoi in general is a very noisy city, with constant road traffic. We slept well and soundly, but plan on waking up early simply due to the hustle and bustle of the city that starts before 7 am. Our room was immaculate and very comfortable. We would definitely stay here again. Given that we have also stayed in the Historic quarter, I have to say I preferred this location as it is a bit more tranquil and you can easily hail a GRAB to get to the tourist areas.
I had the misfortune of losing my cell phone as I entered the taxi in front of the hotel in the morning. After informing the reception team, they were able to trace who found the phone in the street by looking at the high definition security camera feed. My phone was then returned to me that evening. The staff went over and beyond to assist in this situation, and I cannot thank them enough.
This hotel is not what the pictures appear as from the outside. I arrived very late after landing and my driver and I both could not tell this was the correct location; it literally looks like an abandoned building from the outside. After finally confirming it was real, I got checked in and went to room. Room was fine, mostly like the pictures. View isn’t anything to write home about, your view will be a busy road and a dark, dirty alley.
This property should really be more upfront about the amount of construction happening in the building. The outside is filthy and the first floor is a construction zone and equally as filthy.
Overall, I was okay enough with it to stay for the week as I booked but I was tempted to change hotels. I would not stay here next visit, however.
