When can I go back ! What a sensational little hotel
Pros:

OMG, I could not have been happier when we arrived and saw our room at this gorgeous family run establishment. The staff are lovely. Breakfast is great and cooked to order. It is probably 10mins walk to the main market and start of the centre of Hoi An. We liked it so much that when we had 5 days at the end of our trip unaccounted for we whatsapp'd Phuc and re-booked. The room had a fantastic balcony. There was a king bed and a double bed and the comfort level is exquisite. The room is enormous so when you are there for an extended period then you're not falling over your luggage and you can get comfortable. The room has a descent sized smart TV which was great for after dinner viewing. The pool is exceptionally clean. There is a convenience store across the road which is really useful, and a coffee place next door ... all the people in these venues are so caring and sweet.

Cons:

The shower in our room did like to spread the water around a bit but since the cleaning ladies are so efficient, any wet towels that we used to mop up were immediately removed and replaced.

Posizione ottima a pochi mt dal centro.
Piscina carina. Stanze accoglienti, spaziose e pulite, bagno molto bello.
Colazione cucinata sul momento Buonissima. Buona sia la frutta che i succhi.

Pros:

Eine schöne Unterkunft, ruhige Lage, aber nah zur Altstadt. Große moderne Zimmer, großes Bad, alles super sauber, leckeres Frühstück, eine nette Gastfamilie, kostenlose Fahrräder um die Gegend zu erkunden und zu den Stränden zu fahren, Organisation von Ausflügen. Restaurants in der Nähe, Minimarkt gegenüber. Tolles Preis-Leistungsverhältnis!

Pros:

Nous avons séjourné dans un chambre spacieuse au rez-de-chaussée avec accès direct à la piscine. La chambre est vraiment très propre. Le petit déjeuner est copieux et délicieux (choix vietnamien ou occidental). Rien à dire sur le personnel. Rapport qualité/prix très satisfaisant.

A wonderful little oasis.
Pros:

The staff were wonderful. The breakfast was great and the location was also great.

Besser geht es nicht!
Pros:

Der Aufenthalt hat uns außergewöhnlich gut gefallen. Fairer Preis, extrem sauber, nette Familie, schönes Frühstück und tolle zentrale Lage. Wir haben den Laundryservice benutzt, die kostenlosen Fahrräder benutzt, bei ihrer Apotheke eingekauft und den Bus nach Hue gebucht.

Great 4 day stay in old quarter Hoi An.
Pros:

The hotel room was absolutely spotless, we had a room on the 3rd floor with balcony facing the front of hotel and street. Room was quiet and comfortable. Bathroom was great, lots of hot water, well working shower. Breakfast in morning was fresh, lots of fruit, great coffee, omlettes. Bicycles got us around everywhere. Location is fantastic to get to river front, old town and 4km bicycle ride through fields got us to the beach.
Overall a fantastic spot. Highly recommend it.

Cons:

All was great, only suggestion would be a closet to hang up your cloths.

Magnifique séjour à Hoi An
Pros:

J’ai beaucoup aimé que l’hôtel possédait une ascenseur et une belle petite piscine, le déjeuner était délicieux et le personnage était vraiment professionnel et courtois, le service était impeccable. Les chambres étaient très très propre.
