Average but comfortable stay
Pros:

Friendly staff, nice lobby and exterior, nice pool, beautiful front gardens

Cons:

Not sure how this is rated as a 5 star it’s a at most a 4 or very good 3 (unless it was the room we chose). Bed was squeaky, rooms were very average, no items in the bar fridge (also didn’t work), terrible bathtub shower design which made it difficult to get in/out, buffet too crowded for number of people, thin walls (could hear tv in room next door)

Il y a un fil électrique visible derrière le miroir !

Great suite. Great breakfast. Welcoming staff.

Cons:

We went on a business trip and requested an invoice during our stay. The staff assured us it would be sent by the end of the day, but it’s now been a month and we’ve received nothing. Very disappointing.
What’s worse, management hasn’t responded to any of our follow-ups through Booking.com—our messages have been completely ignored. It’s a shame, because the hotel had the potential to be exceptional, but the lack of professionalism really let it down.

Великолепное архитектурное решение здания абсолютно нового отеля. Торжественный вход с цветами и фонтаном. Просторный люкс с изысканным внутренним наполнением (мягкая мебель, отдельная спальня, широкая кровать и хорошее постельное белье.) Идеальная чистота, величественный вид из номера на город, горы и облака. Хорошим бонусом является ресторан А ля карт на втором этаже отеля. Сотрудники отеля очень стараются. Великолепные услуги массажа.

Cons:

Самое большое разочарование - это завтрак, так как в отеле останавливается огромное количество туристических автобусов, зал ресторана явно не вмещает всех гостей во время завтрака.... Далековато от озера, вечером нет возможности прогуляться, в центр только на такси...
