Если ты человек из снг и ценишь комфорт и тишину ( чего редко встретишь во Вьетнаме), то не заселяйся сюда!!
Cons:

1. Я не мог уснуть с 00:00 по 2:00 потому что кто то из персонала решил сделать уборку на этаже который находится выше. Соответсвенно двигали мебель и сильно шумели. Я не спал в это время.

2. Проснулся я в 8:00. Потому что в соседнем здании началась стройка которая продлилась с 8:00 до 9:00 .

3. Вместо телевизора здесь проекто, что якобы они считают крутым решением. Однако, компьютерная мышь не работает, потому что она была очень старая и нужно всего лишь выкинуть эту и купить новую. А так же любое видео через chrome браузер не воспроизводится. Коротко говоря если вы думаете что круто посмотрите сериал на проекторе, то это не так, потому что проектор не работает

Sehr stylisch in ruhigerer Gegend.
Pros:

Sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet und sehr ruhig.
Freundlicher Empfang und jeden morgen wurde nachgefragt ob Wasserflaschen benötigt wird oder der Zimmerservice kommen soll.
Ein großes Einkaufszentrum 30 Minuten zu Fuß und ein riesiger Supermarkt 15 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt. Mit dem Grab ist man günstig auch im Zentrum, uns hat nach ein paar Tagen im Zentrum der ruhigere Stadtteil gut getan . Klimaanlage sehr angenehm und nicht laut. Handtücher weich und ausreichend viele.

Cons:

Es fehlen Kaffeetassen, Ausstattung von Geschirr minimalistisch, eigentlich kein Problem, weil man eh essen geht, aber ich würde meinen Kaffee oder Tee lieber aus einer Kaffeetasse als aus einem Trinkglas trinken.

Chỗ ở tạm ổn nhưng hoàn toàn không phù hợp trong tầm tiền. Điểm cộng duy nhất là thái độ của nhân viên

Chỗ nghỉ nằm trong khu dân cư yên tĩnh

Cons:

Phòng tắm thậm chí không thể đóng lại từ bên ngoài. Nên luôn luôn cửa phòng tắm mở ra . Khi book mình có thấy diện tích phòng là 24m2 và thật sự nó quá nhỏ so với suy nghĩ của mình. Máy lạnh rất yếu

Great place to stay for the price and great family get away place

The room we booked was well prepared and in a clean manner.

The location was peaceful from the busy street. Not much traffic sounds late at night.

Location for local food and street food is within walking distance in district 7. Staff knows how to communicate in english , eventhough there are few hiccups in communication.

Customer service were top notch , they would ask first before we would even request for refills of snacks and beverages.

Bed sheets and pillow were clean and smells good. They have their own laundry where customers can do their own laundry.

Lobby interior looks really good and well design. Guest can have a photoshoot at the staircase.

Honestly, the amount you paid doesnt match with the service and the room. Room was excellent which and it only cost that much .

Location may be far from major districts like district 1.

The place do not have elevator, if you have heavy luggages, it may be a struggle but the staff are more than happy to provide a helping hand without even being asked.

The place may not have ironing board, so improvise by using your bed.

Maybe fix the curtains hook as one was unhooked at it looks abit disturbing. But not a big deal.

Hot shower becomes warmer instead of hot as we took turns.
