The surroundings are beautiful. The scenery is amazing. The quietness at night. You could only hear the insects.
The staff is very helpful and pleasant.
This complex has so much potential but, at the time of the year we went, if that was the reason, it lacked maintenance and was, frankly, a bit run down.
The outdoor pools were dirty with lots of leaves and dead insects and a layer of grease on the top. The tiled edges were broken in various places which could cause a bad cut. The area around the pool is stoney and is very uncomfortable to walk on. There are no sunbeds at all, only a couple of dirty, faded plastic chairs.
The indoor pool was also dirty. It's a spa style pool with water jets and jacuzzi area, but neither worked well and when the jets were switched on, hundreds of dead insects came out of the pipes.
The bedroom was okay. It could have been cleaner.
The bedsheets had stains on them.
There was no storage in the room even though the bedroom was large.
There was a damage list with prices for every item.in the room. That seemed rather unwelcoming.
The terrace was very dirty. The uncomfortable chairs were filthy.
The hotel is very isolated meaning you have to have dinner there too. The food was the worst we had in Vietnam. It looked reheated and was very greasy. One of the dishes we had was completely inedible.
The restaurant could be so pretty but is very basic and unattractive. As for the surroundings, the area is idyllic, but the smoke pouring out of a chimney nearby and the smell of burning was very off-putting. We looked on the map and discovered there was a refuse incineration plant nearby. That isn't the hotel's fault, but it does destroy what would otherwise have been a perfect location.
The resort is located deep in the mountains, offering a peaceful and quiet atmosphere. The staff are friendly and quite attentive in assisting guests.
However, the location is far from the town center, and there are very few restaurants or cafés nearby. If you choose to stay here, you will most likely need to use the resort’s dining services.
The soundproofing is quite poor. It is easy to hear footsteps and people walking past the room, which can sometimes be quite noisy.
The food at the restaurant is rather expensive, and the menu has limited options. Most dishes are local specialties, but the quality does not quite match the price.
Breakfast is quite basic. Even though it was not yet the closing time, many items had already run out and there was no sign of them being refilled, leaving guests with very limited choices.
Everything was perfect, the pools are very beautiful, and tge staff is so attentive and polite, they noticed every detail, brought us umbrella, took us by electric car, and even gave a small nice present. And the therm is very beautiful as well, and we were there absolutely alone, and it was raining, so was nice to spend the evening inside. Amazing place.
Small, unpretentious and welcoming resort style place ... Gets a lot of group bookings ... Staff great (but they always seem to be in Vietnam) ... Food good ...

We love the location, the people, the athletic feeling
We arrived during a typhoon for one night.
Staff very helpful in getting to our room in the pouring rain.
Room was very nice though the constant rain left little to do.
The indoor hot water pool was pleasant with the water at around 36C.
Had a 1hr massage. Must have been good as i fell asleep!
Bit of a drive from the main road. Extra directions from the receptionist were very useful. Easy to miss turnings in the heavy rain.
Due to the weather, meant we were the only people staying, so the food offerings were very limited.
Local residents love their karaoke - not relaxing. Very loud at times - a Vietnamese problem.
The very first place that welcomed us in Vietnam! The location is stunning, surrounded by breathtaking nature. The staff is exceptional – very kind and welcoming. The room was spacious, and the view from the room was wonderful. We had a great time.
There was nothing to dislike.
Woodworm making noise the whole night and mosquitoes. The swimming pool with hot water has some problems. Food is not good enough comparing with the prices
