The hotel is very beautiful and the staff are very kind and helpful. Ngoc checked me in and was so nice and helpful. She went over all costs and what to expect in the beginning of my stay and some recommendations in the city. This is also a great location to walk around!

Closed to old quarter but away enough not to be too noisy at night.
1. Well appointed room with balcony. Equipped with standard amenities that you would expect from upscale hotel. Still, TV is a bit painful but it’s a smart one so youtube and netflix is possible. Bed is very comfy. Toiletries are good as well as the linen and towel.

2. Breakfast is decent, not large but sufficient with good quality items.

3. Wifi is fast

Good hotel with friendly staff. I stayed here 2 time and really enjoyed, breakfast is pretty good, the most I like is a bed and pillow, after a long travel I really need a good sleep. In this hotel the room is quite with tropical view - I belive in Hanoi just only Rey have beautiful view like this. The highlight is staff especially Crystal,she is amazing. She help us a lot, give us a recommendations and help us to book a water pupet show ticket. Thanks for all your efforts.

The Hotel is clean and comfort the staff named Ngoc is nice, it’s located in the very old and beautiful center district of the city. The vibe here is very cozy, definitely recommend to foreign tourists!
