Pros:

- Phòng sạch sẽ, Bể bơi to, sâu rộng,
- Vườn rộng, nhiêu cây, nhiều hoa vô cùng, xem bướm bay, có rất nhiều chim vào khu nay như lạc vào giữa núi rừng để nghe chim hót
- không gian sạch sẽ, thoáng mát nhiều góc để chụp ảnh
- Đặc biệt nhà hàng đồ ăn tươi, ngon, chị chủ cẩn thận, và yêu nghề, nấu ăn đúng bằng cái tâm, nhân viên ở đây cởi mở, không thấy cáu mặc dù chúng tôi gọi mọi thứ vì gia đình có trẻ con nhiều lúc chúng tôi thấy ngai mà họ vẫn tươi cười giúp đỡ.
- dịch vụ họ có tour thăm vịnh giá cũng như mọi nơi nhưng được đưa đón tận nơi và trên tàu có rất nhiều người nước ngoài, cơ hội cho các cháu nhà tôi nói tiếng anh, thấy rất vui.

Prima prijs kwaliteitverhouding, leuk zwembad. Kamers zijn prima. Er zijn ook familie kamers. Je kan er fietsen en scooters huren. Je kunt er alles boeken van cruises tot transfer, je kan er geld wisselen. Echt niets is te gek.

You should absolutely stay at this gem!
Pros:

Everything! There were four of us and we would all give this homestay 5 stars. Lovely pool, lovely staff. There was a mix of styles of travel: couples, solos, friends and families. There is a restaurant, bar and scooter rental- what else do you need?!

Cons:

I wish the pool was colder bc it was SOO hot outside, but that is really not possible😅 And we still used it at all times of the day!

Beautiful location, remote and peaceful and relaxing. Taxi from there to cat ba town was only 150 renting scooters was easy and another 150. Mini bar was well stocked and very reasonably priced, staff were kind and friendly and it had a very family vibe. Food was brilliant especially with us being veggies. The tofu was amazing. It's certainly somewhere to go where you want to disconnect from the world. WiFi was perfect too and pool was nice! Good changes in depth for those of you who are short and cannot swim well like me! Perfect for what we were looking for! Beds are really comfy and clean towels daily!

Pros:

Beautiful property with a great pool! Very serene location. Lovely room, wonderful staff that put in extra effort with everything. It was perfect!

Die Lage ist prima, wenn man auch mal ab vom Trubel am Pool entspannen möchte. Mit dem günstigen Rollerverleih vor Ort, ist man schnell in der City.
Herzlichen Dank, wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt!

Không gian rất yên tĩnh để nghỉ dưỡng, chủ nhà và nhân viên thân thiện, đặc biệt là chị Đượm, chị chủ Lan Anh và bố của chị Lan Anh, hỗ trợ gia đình mình: đổi phòng to hơn để nhà mình được nghỉ ngơi thoải mái, bế con giúp mình khi mình ăn, tư vấn chỗ mua hải sản giá bình dân, hỗ trợ chế biến hải sản tươi ngon. Ngoài ra, vườn rộng để đi dạo quanh vườn. bể bơi ít mùi, view núi, cây xanh bao quanh. Rất đáng để nghỉ ở đây. Rất may là mình không ở dưới thị trấn ồn ào.

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour dans ce logement, le cadre est très agréable, en pleine nature et la piscine est très bien pour se détendre.

Il faut avoir à l’esprit que le logement est assez éloigné de tout, et qu’il vous faudra prendre un taxi ou louer un scooter pour vous déplacer. Le taxi est assez onéreux (150 000 par trajet), et la location de scooter est à 150 000 par jour. Nous avons loué directement un scooter sur place, ils ne sont pas d’une première jeunesse, mais ça fait l’affaire pour une ou deux journée. Les rétroviseurs et les freins n’étaient pas très fonctionnel sur le notre.

La chambre était confortable, mais la salle de bain n’était pas très propre, il y avais encore du sable et des saletés des personnes précédentes. Nos toilettes étaient bouchés mais le personnel a fait le nécessaire. Et on a été envahi de fourmis et d’insectes volants ce qui est un peu désagréable mais c’est les risques d’être dans la nature.

Le petit déjeuner était très bon, peut-être ça serait bien de pouvoir le prendre jusqu’à 9h30 ou 10h car la fin de service à 9h est un peu tôt quand on est en vacances.

Le personnel est agréable, la personne qui parle français nous a bien accueilli et nous demande régulièrement si tout va bien.

Malgré quelques petits ajustements, nous avons passé un très bon séjour.

De plek, mooie rustige tuin

Cons:

Accommodatie, erg klein. Garden vieuw betekent dat je tegen het huisje voor je kijkt.
Extra vroeg inchecken gevraagd, toch moesten we zeker 2 uur wachten en extra betalen voor ontbijt

Nous sommes déçus de notre séjour et nous recommandons mais pour une nuit seulement, rapidement.
Pros:

L’emplacement et le personnel qui était gentil.

Cons:

La chambre n’était pas propre. Nous ne comprenons pas l’engouement autour de cet homestay. La chambre était extrêmement humide, le sol est resté mouillé tout au long de notre séjour, pareil pour la salle de bain. L’odeur était mauvaise.
Cela ne valait clairement pas son prix.
La nourriture n’était pas très bonne non plus.
