Ks có mặt tiền đẹp, nhân viên ngoan và thân thiện. Phòng nội thất ổn

Cons:

Phòng không có tủ lạnh hoặc có tủ lạnh nhưng bị hỏng, không dùng được. Nhà vệ sinh mùi khủng khiếp luôn, cả đêm bị tra tấn mùi cống.

One of the best.
Pros:

Yes I really liked this hotel. Older building that gave off a fantastic vibe. Staff never in your way, always friendly and helpful. Always had people ready to serve you, always on hand when you needed anything. Very good working relationship. Great price. 👍❤️😇

Cons:

Cannot really say, I thought it was excellent. Had everything, TV. Kettle. Fridge. Hair dryer. Comfy bed. Aircon.

Nice place but checkout left a sour taste.
Pros:

Clean rooms. Decent location close to Van Cao, but quiet at night.

Cons:

I stayed an extra 20 minutes to finish showering and packing before I checked out, and even though I communicated that extra 20 minutes to the staff and it seemed fine with them, I was still charged a late check out fee.

What was worse was that it's not like another occupant was rushing to get into that room (or any room... I think I was the only guest there that day); they didn't even start cleaning the room after I left (I was getting my bags together at the motorbike parking area, and noticed that the staff went right back to watching tik tok on the lobby couch... so why was I charged a late check out fee if it didn't affect their cleaning schedule or vacancy?).

Ok- hotel, nice location.
Pros:

I liked that the hotel is centrally located.

Cons:

We asked for a non-smoking room and we got one which smelled a lot like cigarettes. Additionally, it was a hole in the roof. We asked for a new room and we got this. The room was better, but I would have preferred one in second or third floor not in the first. In the first floor there was a lot of people on the outside smoking, so I had to close my window. The staff is not very friendly and do not speak english. They are ok, but I would have preferred if they looked at the reservation and gave us a non-smoking room when asked for. Additionally, the room did not look as the picure at all. It was maybe half the size. It was also a picture of a bath tub, when ordering a room of the kind we did. We got a shower that was basically in the toilet. We also had maybe 10 minutes of a hot shower.
