Perfect place to stay
Pros:

This is perfect location, staff very friendly and polite and able to communicate with excellence English. Nice room and clean. I like the view of my room to see city at night time.

Cons:

The bathroom floor very slippery, i felt down one, and the front hotel is narrow to get in to the hotel entrance however this is city hotel i can understand.

All staff were warm and welcome.
Breakfast was good, lots of choice, fruit, eggs etc.
Decorated the room from my son's 21st which I was so grateful for.

Wenn HCMC, dann nur im Hato!
Pros:

Als erstes sticht das Personal ins Auge: jeder ist sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend und erfüllt jeden erfüllbaren Wunsch. Besonders Jane an der Rezeption ist wunderbar. Wir kennen sie noch von unserem ersten Aufenthalt. Aber auch alle anderen Mitarbeiter sind toll. Alle sprechen sehr gut englisch, so dass man sich gut unterhalten kann. Die Lage des Hato ist sehr gut, man kann von dort aus sehr viel zu Fuß erreichen. Das Hotel ist sehr sauber und gepflegt. Das Frühstücksbüffet ist sehr gut, neben den Basics wie Eier in allen möglichen Zubereitungen gibt es täglich 2-3 weitere wechselnde Gericht. Cà Phê gibt es soviel man will.
